Thanks @redwing5 Added the price and merchant to your title for you
The smooth variety is available in Dover's Asda for £1.23, too, but they must be sold out of the crunchy-type at the moment 'cos I couldn't find any (but I'll check again tomorrow 'cos crunchy is my favourite!)
Great for mouse traps.
This is super cheap. Good find OP. Heat from me.
Think sunpats don't use palm oil too. Maybe wrong. Might matter to some.
Thanks bought asdas own smooth last time and it's awful

Holland and Barratt do 1kg of 100% pure peanut butter for £5. Avoid this …Holland and Barratt do 1kg of 100% pure peanut butter for £5. Avoid this manky sun pat crap!

This is nearly a kilo (908g) for £2.46. So your not exactly comparing like for like.

It's better than the usual Sun.pat PB as no added sugar and 95% nuts.

Course meridian is better but as I say this is a good deal for someone and half the price of the one you mention.
We can all find better products at double the price on every deal on here.

That has palm oil in it
How does this compare taste wise to normal sunpat? Is it as tasteless as meridian natural?

It's similar to the normal sun pat. I like the meridian but I know lots don't. This is more the usual Sun pat taste and texture, its a lot easier to spread and tastes good. If you like it a bit sweeter add some honey but I can't notice to much difference.

Clearly my post has gone over your head as I was making a point on like for like.

I also saw your other post about palm oil you don't seem to know what your talking about .
Where are you getting your facts on palm oil?

Palm oil has many benefits the reason we should avoid it is due to the cutting of African forests to obtain it.
