Thats a rubbish offer. I know aldi lidl prices are being ramped up but this special offer has got to be their worst yet

People post Aldi and Lidl deals so early on here that 99 times out of a 100 I forget by the time the deal actually starts.

I don't know why people post them. You see what's on offer when you go in store! Or do people actually go in specifically to buy from the Super 6?

I only go to Aldi or Lidl if there are special offers that interest me ( thou I buy other items there at the same time then), so good to know . These offers are however not great and not enough to encourage me to make a trip to Aldi . Also as previously said posting early I usually forget about the deals anyway by the time they start,.

The savings on fruit and veg are fairly minimal on the Super 6. Like you said, this isn't a great example, but 39p for Swede compared to 50p at Asda, Carrots are 78p per KG compared to £1.50 at Asda (so that's a good saving), cauliflower 69p compared to £1 at Asda, Baby Maris Peer Potatoes 69p compared to 80p, Green Beans 220g 69p compared to 95p at Asda.

If I did my shopping elsewhere, I don't think the savings on the Super 6 would ever be enough for me to spend the extra time going to another supermarket.

Anyway, certainly not knocking Aldi (or Lidl)...Just knocking anyone who shops elsewhere as their main supermarket

Each to there own I suppose . All the store have their offers and deals, at different times even Tesco, the store people love to hate on this site ,who are currently offering some really good Christmas Deals. ,I shop around all the shops, Nothing against Aldi and Lidl it's just predominately they do not carry the variety and range of products I require to attract me to them . I therefore always end up in Morrison or Asda anyway even if I go to Aldi or Lidl and then end up spending more.

IM waiting for the Oranges 🤷

Cold from me, I find Aldi fruit and veg below my benchmark, Tesco standards

Green beans are 10p dearer in the Super6 than they normally retailed at just a few months back - #BrexitBritain
