Great deal, wish I hadn't ordered a digital copy of Mario now, considering I just got the Xbox Elite controller deal as well.

Great deal. Both fantastic games.

I already ordered Odyssey on Amazon If I had known it...

Wish this was Odyssey & Mario Kart 8

Good deal if you missed the Game Collection one last week or the Toys R Us one for Odyssey. Battle Kingdom is great by the way - much better than I expected. These deals made the two titles £67 in total so not too great a difference. Hot!

Yeah good stuff, would have been snapping this up, but decided to buy the Cap/Game bundle for odyssey as my kid will love the cap and wear it while playing the game (if wearable, some think the cap might just be a plush type thing).

What we really need from Argos is a good deal on the Odyssey console bundle.

Got this same deal today

Actually don't have a Switch yet but getting one for Christmas and the only games I've really got my eyes on are, Zelda, Mario Odyssey & Mario Kart, will rent Rabbids before I purchase I think

That's what I have done also got splatoon 2 which right now I'm even with the amount of hours I have put in to Zelda thinking about getting skyrim and la noire however something keeps telling me to wait to see how they both turn out before buying any of those. Next big game will most likely be xenoblade blade Chronicles 2

Yeah I was looking, no Switch section yet but the games are there, £3.99 a month to rent just one non new release though, unless you go for the higher packages, still thinking it over..

Was reading your comment and was like "man really?? " then saw the £6 difference, now it doesn't feel so bad.

The conversation did spark an idea so I went looking for rental services - found another called webubu - just signed up to give it a shot. May double dip and eventually go with basic packages on webubu and boomerang - that'll give me 2 games per month for £8. And some months I can just go with one or no service

As stated above it's with Boomerang, I think you have to have one of the higher packages for new releases but the Switch games are currently listed on the Wii U section. To be honest the website isn't that great and probably puts people off but I've been with them for years and can't fault them. I think you get a free trial when you sign up for the first time too so always worth a try and cancel if you don't like

I only purchase games these days if I'm planning on keeping them after completion and for big multiplayer games. Saves me an absolute fortune

Unless you're really into strategy games, mario rabbits gets old fast.

Odyssey on the other hand is a masterpiece. Got it wednesday, completed the story today with 300 moons, and the whole game just opened up afterwards. Not in a cheap way either, it's like a whole new game after the story ends.

Just another 500 moons to go!

I now own Zelda, Odyssey, Pokken & Mario Kart all I am missing is a core RPG. Bring on Pokemon

Stardew valley is a must if you haven't played it!

Does anyone know if you get an Argos voucher when using one? So I am thinking of buying switch, getting £10 voucher then using that to buy this deal for £63.98. Do I then get a £5 voucher with that?

This is a good deal. Got the Mario Odyssey this morning and it is an extraordinary game, even better than I expected

Yes you’ll get another voucher even if using one

Xenoblade 2 my friend. That will be the s***

Great price shame I already ordered from Amazon. (Which they were late delivering again!)

Thanks so much for sharing! These are both on son's Christmas List, so have reserved them to collect later! :-D

IS the switch worth getting seeing as the Wii U was ditched is a shame.

Is Rabbids less of an adult game perhaps and more of a kids game? I haven't played it. Will kids get bored with it?

Yes, absolutely. The Switch is selling extremely well and the amount of games coming out each week are insane, think it now has 200+. It's worth getting for just BOTW and Odessey alone but there are so many other surprisingly good titles. It's deffo no Wii U.

Boom people! Got another fiver off the deal as Argos had Odyessy on their website on a different code for home delivery at £41.99. So let me get my maths right! Lol 41.99 + £26.99 = £68.98! Result!32327511-dugTv.jpg

Linky for lower Odyssey?

that guy just went back and used his £5 voucher to get more off the original transaction

My boy had Mario Odyssey on friday and completed it last night, he enjoyed, but as a parent, very disappointed for only 10 hours.

Granted he hasnt got 100% completion, but he is already playing another game as he completed it!

Its a lot of money for very little substance IMO!

Just wondering, I went for this deal, they told me in store I'd get the £5 in an email, but I can't see it in any of the emails they've sent me... Should I have been given a physical voucher in store when I picked up the games?
