I have to disagree. Me and my kids much prefer this one. More characters, buddies to team up with, stop the dice with a thrust of the controller, option to steal a star, great additional content. Hands down, this one is better (I have both).
I spent an hour playing mario party only for it to give loads of random points to the last place character after the game had ended, so they ended up winning. Glad I only paid 3 quid for it (edited)
The thing that’s great about this Mario Party, that you can’t do on Superstars, is play a full 2vs2 game, of 2 humans vs 2 AI.
it blows my mind that WH Smiths is still in businessI suspect they make loads of money on all there airport shops and hospital shops. I can't imagine the high street making much profit anymore (edited)
This is the 2nd worst Mario Party. The first being that one with the microphone thingy on Gamecube

Superstars is a much better mario party though

For the first time on a console Mario Party game, it's playable anywhere with anyone by immediately sharing the second Joy-Con. A local Wireless mode is available up to 2 consoles (2 players max on each).
