I think it’s disgusting how Nintendo keep manufacturing these. It’s almost as if they don’t care that CEX can’t shift their existing mountain of stock as it is, and as for those poor Ebayers that have been sitting on dozens of these since September, and have been forced to cut their profits... well...
Shame on you Nintendo.

Wish I didn't abuse my old one and let stretch Armstrong juice leak all over it. Lol.

Kept it for years as well.
Am I the only one who thinks the price is ridiculous ?
When I bought mine on release I thought great! Played for 10 minutes, then went back to the Xbox. When I saw that CEX were giving £90 for it I decided to trade it in, and nab it again when back in stock. Now it is at Amazon and I have enough gift vouchers to get one, but now I’m not all that bothered. It looks great and all but the excitement wears thin very quickly. I think will wait for a CEX fire sale when they try and clear all of the ones they have!

Not a Final Fantasy or Zelda fan ay ?

Spent about 40+ hours at work playing Final Fantasy - Best £69.99 I've spent in a while

Sold mine on Gumtree for £80 with over 200 games, took a week to sell. I think the hype is over and done with with! Loads of people I bet have loads thinking they'll make a profit on them.
I bought one on ebay for £109 when they kept selling out everywhere, now I keep seeing them in stock at normal price-gutted!!
I think the difference between the snes to the nes is that Nintendo actually bothered to make enough to meet demand this time. As a result all the fans are able to eventually get one and all the scalpers are being scuppered.

It was already stated they would have more stock than NES Classic, I feel bad for those who had to get sucked in to price gougers
Got one from Tesco a couple of weeks back - couldn't wait til Christmas so been playing Mario the last few weeks. Great product - get one while you can!

Got mine on day of release, completed a few of the games again, but am now toying with the idea of selling it on, especially as we have a Switch in the house come Xmas day.

I also think it's ridiculous.. be better off using a good emulator for free and d/l the roms.
I'm sure the usual trolls with be along soon...
What games are on this?
Caved. Thanks OP, I think
I want them to do an N64 version!
Was going to buy when they first came out, but over time, with the shortages, I've lost interest. Can find better things to spend my £80 on. Also noticed that Nintendo UK store have put their price up to 79.99 also.

Retropi. About £60 for the whole lot. Easy to setup.

For sure, especially when you can run emulators on Android and Windows

I’m with you on this, for the amount of games on the system, I’d say it’s overpriced.
Definitely expensive given how powerful a cheap tablet is in comparison and also with a tablet having a touch display and all the other built in hardware. But that's the Nintendo effect.

Overpriced for sure! I think these are good for their authenticity, being an official product and a tribute. I’d say it’s good for those like me who are holding onto old consoles from back in the day, knowing I will probably never set them all up again let alone keep em out. This would be a good replacement and sell off the old hardware. Emulators are just so much more convenient.
It's all about nostalgia folks!

You can't emulate that.
Kind of getting fed up of all of these RRP nintendo 'deals'. It's like promoting nintendo for their shady tactics.
You lot would have voted this cold at £79.99 a few weeks ago.

It's been £79.99 for weeks. Nintendo themselves had them for £69.99 at release then lifted their price up to £79.99 for those last set of backlog orders

The pre-installed games are listed on the amazon page, however you can easily (but unofficially ) connect it to a PC and use a program called Hackchi to install any other games you like. I've got mine loaded up with my favourite Nes, SNES, Gameboy(inc Color + Advanced), N64 and Megadrive titles
This is £79.99 for the console, you have to pay extra for the power adapter!!
Anyone else think it’s worth the price just to have it on the shelf? Great memories of a gaming behemoth

Another post, another dope with the attention span of a Chimpanzee complaining about the utter tedium from their use of a SNES Mini.
If you were really bored after 10 minutes, you should have stuck to Call of Duty. These machines aren't aimed at you..

Don’t you buy Fifa every year at £50? I believe this onetime buy is better than that, lol!
Can be hacked very easily and ANY Rom put on it.

Managed to get a load of NES, SNES, N64, Gameboy colour & Mega drive Roms working perfectlyon mine for a Xmas present
thanks - ordered - heat added!

It doesn't need a power adapter. Runs off a USB cable.
I put my name on Amazon's 'back in stock' notification list for this months ago. Never heard a thing. Thanks Amazon!
They need to do a reboot of the greatest console ever made - N64

It will run off any USB power supply - you are bound to have at least2 at home !

I even had mine running off a small USB portable charger
