Usually costs around £3 I think. Online for 60p I bought a few tubs for stock because I love the Naturally Radiant range! A bargain

Correct

Yeah it exfoliates, but I use another wash for cleansing too. I got loads of these when they were first reduced in store a while ago when the hot cloth cleanser and glycolic tonic set was free when you got 3 skin care products, at the time this was bogof so I got 2 for 60p, or 4 for £1.20 with free set. This works well with the hot cloth cleanser. It's full price it £5.99, but this range is usually on some kind of offer
Thanks. Ordered 5.

Try to check in your local store. Online says no stock available to collect in store but you could be lucky to find them in store.

I ordered 5 last night for store pick up (to be collected by a friend at her local store as mine says 'unavailable '). I later popped into my local store today and saw 6 on the shelf with no price tag. I took one and asked the staff to scan and it scanned at 60p. Needless to say that I bought all 6.

Best thing is to take the item to the till then once they’ve scanned it ask them if it’s 60p if it is then proceed if not then say that I thought it was 60p and tell them you don’t want it.

Did you put anything else in? I put 'skin' but not getting the same results. Thanks
I managed to purchase 1, but the only delivery option was to collect in 30 minutes. I can't get there this week! Does anyone know how long it will be saved for? I can't find anything on the website at all...

Me too, I try not to but a lot of things aren't marked up so have to sometimes. It's like playing Russian roulette with staff members. Some people are so rude and lazy and just can't be bothered. One particularly rude one didn't want to and tried to get out of it in the end I said "well if the price was marked on the shelf I wouldn't need to ask you” then off she ran to find a gun to check it. Most staff in my area are really rude, it's a shame a lot of the nice ones have gone now. They make you feel like you have done something wrong just because you are checking a price, or questioning a pricing mistake made instore. A little while ago someone had put the wrong label in front of something and the description on the label looked exactly like that product, even they didn't know it was different until they scanned it on the gun but she point blank refused to honour the mistake and refused to sell it to me at that price. That was a genuine mistake made by a member of staff but she made me feel so bad like I was trying to con them or something, if the label description and size is the same they should honour that price as others have done in the past without issue but lately they really don't want to like they've been told not to do it, but that's not right if it's labeled at that price you should pay it without having to argue your case or be made to feel bad like you've done something wrong.

Mine are like you only come for offers what's that got to do with them

Exactly. I get this look from a few that's like ‘oh no, you again’
I only go in for a look round when I'm walking round the town, if I see bargains I can use that's great. If they keep selling things at crazy prices people are going to keep going back to see what else they can get, what do they expect. Although it might seem like it I don't only buy the cheap stuff, I've always shopped in there but over the last year I've got so many cheap things saved up that I haven't needed to pay full price for most things, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't if I had to. My skin and hair thank me for it though, all are in such better condition since being able to use better quality stuff that I wouldn't normally be able to afford, that mostly costs less now than the basic cheap stuff I used to buy ever did, can't go wrong.
The staff in my local store are all friendly except one. I get that "not you again" feeling when I'm served at the till, but don't really let that bother me. I were actually at the till and served by her once an item came up at the full price but was marked up at the reduced price on the shelves. It made ME feel guilty when I corrected her, she then contacted a colleague to check the price, via the head- set they all wear instore. The price was the reduced shelf price and that cashier immediately gave me the frozen glare. Besides I'm not just there for the items when it's RTC as I buy other items at the full price. It's always a bonus when you buy stuff when it's dirt cheap as not only do I buy for myself, I buy for nephews, nieces and friends too and I buy to give away for charity.

The looks don't bother me either I just hate when they question me or point blank refuse with no reason, when others would have just reduced it without me even having to ask I hate it when they make me feel like I'm doing something wrong when it's their mistake not mine. I wonder if Superdrug has been clamping down or something, it feels like they are trying to cover up their mistakes to not have to put so many reductions through on the till, but it's them that doesn't mark up everything or change the labels at the right time. The one I mentioned that point blank refused to honour their mistake is like that with me too. There used to be some really nice ones in Witham store, but all gone now, they used to tell me if there were any great bargains they thought I'd missed or when they hadn't had chance to change the labels yet. They were nice to me because I was nice, polite and friendly towards them as I am to everyone, at least as long as they are nice to me, as not everyone in shops are polite nowadays, but that doesn't matter to most of these new rude ones. Quite a few are more rude than some customers, which I always think isn't right as if a customer spoke to them like that they'd be thrown out the shop, some have got major attitude. The worst thing Superdrug ever did was get those headsets all the staff keep talking nonstop on them, I hate it it's very rude, as I walk round the shop I overhear all sorts of conversations. If you need to ask someone for help you need to interrupt their conversation to ask them something. It's not just a little chat every now and again either like most would if working on the same thing for a while, it's completely nonstop, you can see it's distracting them as some stack the shelves, etc so slowly or stop all together as they are more focused on their conversations.

I know what you mean Frizzy. Manners don't cost anything either. I'm always polite and expect the same back. As front line staff there's no need to have an attitude towards shoppers either. You only stop to ask for assistance if you "need" to otherwise why would we bother asking in the first place??
Day off work today and friend coming over wants to go, guess where?? Yup, Superdrug!!! I've just had to remind her not to forget the NHS works ID for the 10% off discount.

I agree, although some staff members test my patience and I might answer back in frustration sometimes I'm still never rude. Hope you have a great day and find some nice bargains
Not Superdrug related, but I saw a very rude man at the tesco reduced fridge the other day. As he saw the staff member heading down the aisle with the trolley this man suddenly started stacking up all the good reduced dinners, etc before the poor boy had even got there. Looked like he was playing double or drop! Now my mum and I are patient people who happily wait for the staff to reduce what we have our eye on if we happen to be there at the right time, not wait around all day like some, but once I realised what he was doing I thought if I don't start picking up a few things myself there won't be anything left on the shelf! So while he was still greedily grabbing loads of stuff I picked up a pack of king prawns and politely asked if they were going to be reduced again and he did them for me. That man just stood there behind the staff member with his massive pile of stuff until he asked if he wanted him to reduce those, he just dumped the stuff on the trolley and didn't even talk to him let alone say please or thank you. I hate asking them to reduce stuff but when others are there already it's the only way but I'm always polite, they don't have to reduce stuff like that, they're not supposed to, I think they just do it because they know some people would make a fuss if they didn't, so the least I can do is ask nicely and say thank you. It amazes me how rude and ungrateful some people can be.
