This is going to go hot very quickly...

I'd go further and say it's going to go super hot...
if anyone votes this cold they need throwing off HDUK.
Why am I even buying games any more

Is it the VR version?
Can this be associated with the Gaming category please? It doesn't belong in "Computers" or "Electronics".

I'm afraid not.

Well, it was just a touch obvious.

Less so today... my money's on Torchlight, though Little Inferno as mentioned above is an outside possibility.
Super Hot indeed, have some heat, thanks OP.

It looks almost identical to the Little Inferno matchstick... If I was a betting girl I would put my money there.
blueflash21/12/2019 16:27

Little inferno next?

I thought so too...but it's quite old now compared to everything else they have offered
Good game in VR, I'll give this version a go.

You sure? I remember getting subnautica on epic when it was free and it appeared on my oculus library

Torchlight has already been given away for free on the Epic Games store, not that they can't do it again but it would be the first time they've ever done that.
Why am I even buying games any more
What was on the 19th and 20th
Wow I always wanted to play this!
Cheers
Hot! Cant wait until something like this would be free on my Oculus Quest. The prices right now are extortionate

Thanks so much, I just checked them out and they aren't my type of games. I'm happy I got super hot tho.
Oooo get you Zen1th and your 1000 degrees deal

I thought this too. Despite the age I quite hope it is as it is a very novel game and it would be nice to have it on a modern platform as I only have it on Wii U, which I haven't touched in years...

It's £13 on Steam or it is in a decent bundle of 10 excellent VR for £60

Subnautica VR is a mode of the standard game. Superhot VR is an entirely separate game with the development paid for by Oculus. The VR game a separate purchase

By this time next year many people will have more games in their Epic library than they do on Steam Has there been any news on when they will eventually stop giving away free games
Not sure but that's when they will introduce a monthly subscription to access your 'free' games library.

I Imagine he'll want to get on oculus so he can play it on the quest itself rather than connected to a PC. I just got my quest and I've gotta agree, it's hard to part with money for games on there

£18.99 on the Oculus Store. I know you can run steam via Vridge but from the reviews online this comes with a loss in graphics and some lag :-/
Thanks

Oh sorry thought they was all cross platform now
Did anyone else get a $10 Epic Coupon when they got this game?
Ignore me, I didn't realise it was a thing they were giving away anyway

Hoping it's never, but like all good things I suspect it will come to an end. Hopefully, they will carry on at least some way into next year with it. I think them just turning it off without warning would be seen by many as poor form. Suspect when they get tired of it the freebies will get more gradual i.e. every two weeks as they were, then monthly, then when enough ppl have lost interest that it won't cause negative press they will just go.

Pure speculation of course, still hoping they will carry on indefinitely
