In todays paper,huge ad,Asda are selling bunches of tulips,with 30 tulips to a bunch for £3.00.
I guess in response to Tesco are selling these @ £4.00.

Morrisons also was a nice little bouquet of mixed flowers with butterfly decoration for £2.99

Not that you should use this as an excuse, but...

Mothering Sunday is actually the day you would go to the Mother Church rather than your local provincial one.

However, woe betide the son or daughter that does not at least pluck some daffs for mum this Sunday!!

I bought some of these this morning from Asda and they are such good value.

They also have little pot plants which are only a couple of pounds. Also little baskets of flowers, I don't know what they are :oops: but they are lovely - definately worth a look.

lie!!!js came bk from ASDA..there were noo tulips at all..and i have asked the assistant. they havnt had any tulips dis week!!

LIES! Asda in Coleraine Northern Ireland hadnt got a clue. No Tulips in either. Annoyed - but not surprised.

went too asda hessle road in hull got 3bunches off tulips today for £3.00 each, great bargain.

Bought mine this morning at 8am. Got two bunches - fabulous purple colour!

Only 1 box delivered to Wolves store - all went within seconds! Good luck Y'all...
