I am sorry i will have to vote this cold.......

I would rather spend the £1 on a double cheese burger

Such a waste of time this documentary, should really have been called "Well, DUH."

£1 for the DVD, but an extra £4 on the McDonalds I will enevitably have to buy; thats not a one of cost either...that's every time I'd watch the DVD.

Not a hot deal for me; but I won't vote, just incase there's anyone with a McDonalds discount, might make it worthwhile for them.

+ my 10% discount

90p hot lol

Also £1 instore at Woolworths.

You might be getting mixed up with the Eastern European version 'Super Sizéing Méj', which is about a guy called Morganivic Spurlockj who pigs out on turnips and dumplings for a month.

been £1 at poundland for ages.

May not be in all zavvi stores either. The Spaced set wasn't available everywhere as a lot of stores weren't participating in the dvd clearance.

Useful post though if you have a Zavvi store near you and not a poundland

To those of you voting cold because you don't like the movie... this is HotUKDeals.com, not movieopinions.com!

makes me wanna eat mucky macs when i watch it !

excellent price,

I felt this was more suited as a tv documentary rather than a film....I certainly wouldn't have paid to see it in the cinema.

For £1 it is certainly worth watching, very good deal.

As a deal I suppose this is ok, but aren't people going a bit mad about DVDs? This was free with a newspaper not so long ago, and shows up on TV quite a lot. Its not the kind of dvd I would actually want to watch again or feel I needed to own. Just because its cheap doesnt mean its worth owning!

On the same note, I laugh when adverts come on TV about a newspaper giving away some old obscure war film - as if people are really going to think "wow its free! I must get that!" (but they do!) Old movies are on TV all day long but no one pays any attention.

Is it the actual film people are genuinely interested in, or just the idea of collecting DVDs as part of our materialistic and vacuous culture?

Rabbitmoon - You need to chill out mate. Its a cheap £1 DVD, not need to get all deep and meaningful about it

I know, I know.

I'd rather watch 'Super High Me' :whistling: :-D

I think that they intended it to be a documentary, but the premise for their movie was stupid such that it couldn't be taken seriously. They had a good point that you shouldn't use Ronald McDonald to target children to always want to go to Maccy Ds, but other than that its mostly rubbish.

Most people know that if you eat fast food 24/7, you're going to have health problems. Doesn't matter if you eat Mc Ds, BK, KFC etc - its all the same.

They target McDonalds because they have a more complete menu throughout the day.

:-D
