Not really, that's a reasonably low dose by some standards. A 500ml can of monster has about the same. It's a poor product, compared to bsn. And I dont know what a banana will do, my names not Eric.
The supplements direct BCAA in blue raspberry is actually very good. Only suffers from not being very soluble.

This prework out isn't quite so good. It's really really hard to dissolve in water, leaving you with a gritty mouthful of white stuff. There is also no measuring scoop in the packet so you have to measure portions with a teaspoon or scales.I'd normally recommend a cheap product as a 'taster' for someone interested in taking prework out to see if it works for them but the texture is so bad I think it could put off people it could help.

When training i found it was OK. There was a difference taking it but it didn't get me twitching or tingling like some of the heavier pre workouts.

They also sell USN tropical prework out for 12 quid for 20 servings. This is better (though it tastes like heavily diluted tropical cordial ). As someone else said they also sell noxplode 3.0... But you can get that much cheaper online in bigger packs. Also no explode do the nutritional value at 2 servings, which means a £10 12 serving packet really only contains 6 servings if you want the caffiene/creatine etc values they claim on the front of the packet.

My personal favourite prework out is bulk powders prework out advanced in energy drink flavour - but its only value with the right codes/offers and not worth buying on its own because of the postage charges.

This is a terrible product, under dosed and bad ingredients
