    This or Gourmia?

I have both of the Costco ones (gourmia and this one). Gourmia is better if you plan to use bigger quantities for one thing (eg a c whole hicken, bigger batch of chips etc). For a family of four we use the dual one and one drawer for breakfast to bake (pre made) small baguettes. For meals to split in one drawer shrimp, calamari, burgers, and the other a side (chips, veggies, etc)

The capacity of the dual is enough for our family. If you do chips, they need to be thinly cut and to shake several times.

On both the Teflon lining is very sensitive. So we don't wash it too often. Yes there are silicone liners but I don't know how they affect air circulation and the idea of polymers being heated and circulated scare me equally with the idea of eating Teflon pieces.

So bottom line I highly recommend them. It all depends the surface area you want. That's what really matters and not so much the volume.

The inside of each fryer is about 9 and 3 quarter" by 6" across, the fryer is brilliant for the money, I would recommend getting some liners to save the cleaning on some stuff you cook, we got the Usper Air Fryer Disposable Paper Liners from Amazon 8.7" from Amazon hope it helps would definitely recommend

Just arrived. Seems to pull 1800 Watts regardless of if there's one or two baskets in use?? Anyone have any ideas about this?
    doe83's avatar
    doe83
Think that's just what it is. I don't see any options to reduce this in the settings. According to Google ovens run between 2000 and sometimes 5000 Watts if you trying to work out if it's cheaper to run?
