sorted byThe capacity of the dual is enough for our family. If you do chips, they need to be thinly cut and to shake several times.
On both the Teflon lining is very sensitive. So we don't wash it too often. Yes there are silicone liners but I don't know how they affect air circulation and the idea of polymers being heated and circulated scare me equally with the idea of eating Teflon pieces.
So bottom line I highly recommend them. It all depends the surface area you want. That's what really matters and not so much the volume.
