Do they make them in human size? I'm often forgetting my house keys.
A good cat flap if you have neighbours cats who like to visit when you don't want them to. A good price as well. Just wish they sold replacement parts e.g the clear flap a mine was broken by an overzealous cat.
Try asking them. good firm to deal with in my experience.
I mean ask sureflap, not zooplus, of course.
Its always this price or around it on there. I bought one from them 2 years ago and paid £55 iirc.
Double check to make sure your cats microchip is compatible with this cat flap as I'm sure this is one of the ones that does not work with some of the newer microchips (I was going to buy one and then had to go for another manufacturer once they confirmed it would not work with my cats microchip).

Still heat though.
My cat brought this dead bird in through the cat flap..................

.....that's what I plan to tell the police when they find my wife's corpse on the kitchen floor.

Good flap for keeping out the enemy cats (it's a war out there)!

Our cats have broken a bit and another part just stopped working but contacted Sureflap through their online help and both times we received the replacement parts for no cost within a few days.
really good customer services I had problem with mine and sent me a new one out straight away. keeps all the cats out your house well worth the money.
Cold - They don't do shetland pony size like wot amazon doos
Id pay a bit more and get the auto timer version so you can lock the cat in for the night. It's become a pain having to lock it manually as they try to escape around 10pm after working out our routine. Maybe not an issue of you have a moggie who stays out all night and not posh cats like me though
Hmm our cat flap broke after one of our cats was spooked at a year old. Cat flap still one though
Similar products tend to go for about double this, so it's a great price! Still too expensive for my liking though
Excellent cat flap. We had ours installed in a double glazing unit supplied by The Window Company a few years ago.

We've had one of these for a couple of years now and it's absolutely fantastic. We used to have several other cats coming to the "cafe" but glad to say this has come to and end. We paid a lot more money at the time but even then I'd say it's worth it. Hot deal from me!
Got one of these after one to many cat fights on my landing during the night. Cat is no where near as stressed. And easy way of checking if cat is in or not when you arrive home. They are a top product.

Only if you are willing to have a chip injected into your neck.

Considering that a hand held chip reader on its own costs about £40, and these contain its electronics (sans display) plus an optical detector, solenoid and a lot more plastic, I think the price is actually quite reasonable. Similar products are not twice as expensive though.

This product does not tell you if the cat is inside or not.
By the way, if you hate the pollution and waste of disposable batteries, you can run these on low self-discharge rechargeables. The only problem is the inferior battery level detector which means the LED will be flashing for about six months...
These are brilliant! We got one, it had a fault and the company were excellent, sent a new one out and sent us replacement batteries too! The replacement has worked fine. We use lithium batteries in ours as they last for about 6 months.
Great timing as always HotUKdeals :-)

Any one know if this can be set up for 2 cats?

Thanks

Yes - up to 32 cats. You just press the button and it lets the next cat in, remembering its chip. If you want to remove a record you have to delete the whole lot and start again though.

Yes, up to 50 (or something like that) cats.
Really easy to register them, too.
Great deal, had to get a new glazed panel for our patio doors with the circle cut out, but other than running out of batteries, or getting a bit mucky and making it difficult to read the cats, ours has been great.
Great, thanks for the replies pibpob & becka343...looks like I'll get one ordered and speak to my mate who's a glazier to see if he'll cut the hole in our patio door.

Cheers

Consider it a good thing that you need to clean the lenses occasionally, as by that time the flap itself will be black with cat grease! Neat washing up liquid and a strong stomach...

You're welcome. Unfortunately you might get a shock about the door though: it is impossible to cut a hole in an existing double glazed unit so you'll need a new one with the hole made at the time of manufacture.

My Dad's a retires joiner and he said it's possible with the right cutting kit which he no longer has so I've text my mate who's a glazier (his dad owns a company that makes double glazing so he's got access to all the proper kit) to see if he can do it.

I know it's not recommended due to patio doors being toughened glass but it is possible, I'll report back in due course
Think it was about £120 for a new double glazed panel fitted. Took me 10 mins and a new tube of sealant to install the flip, had to buy the £10 Sureflap surround for installation too

I have this cat flap. How does it tell you if your cats in or not? Or am i missing something
I paid £51.99 for my sureflap off ebay by a seller that had and was selling many of these. With 2 year warrenty. However this site is trusted for extra peace of mind i suppose

On the other hand my 8 month old cat is started to be a little too 'round' to fit it. If you have a large cat consider the bigger size. These arent big!
My ex wife really needs one of these fitting on her back door.

If you have your cat microchipped it should recognise it's your cat after programming it.

Sorry. I see what you mean. Mine has a car symbol on the display indicating it's in. Not sure it's works the same if you ave multiple cats.
