Price drop possibly due to new devices about to be announced.

Change the title as you need to add the number 2, otherwise you will get downvoted also add specs
I don’t get the fuss over them but heat added for the price.

Tried a Surface once with programming and for some reason it didn’t work properly on the Surface but did on a normal Windows 10 device.

Ever since then, I’ve been kind of “meh” about them.

tried programming, definately "meh" about that!
This is lovely price indeed especialy in AO woth that cashback,

I am using this same config book for work and it is the best machine i have ever used. Cannot wait for the new one and what it brings to the table.
£600 overpriced for a last generation machine.

This should have 512gb storage, a GTX 1650, at least 12GB ram and at least a 9th generation processor for that price.

This or MacBook Pro?
Just found a brand new surface pro 5 at local sell trade store its i7 1tb ssd and upgraded graphics compared to i5 models... BUT it's still 5th gen 2017 release... it is £1049 seems incredible as most other i7 16gb ram 1tb ssd even 2017 model near 1.7k minimum... is it worth waiting for newer models and see what happens or just grab it this cheap? I7 1tb ssd seems great but is 5th gen getting old now? I'm really stuck haha any advice would be awesome
