CPU is way too slow for the price. m3 version should be this price.

And the m3 is priced at a point where the Pro6 cannibalises it and the iPad Pro's wipe the floor with it.At this price, the iPad Air unfortunately also wipes the floor with it. Rumours too at WWDC Apple will announce the new Air with a Pro-esque design, further rendering this device pointless.

As I don't have ipads, I will take your word for it doland. If course, you will get replies saying an ipad isn't a real computer etc. I also get the same thing when I talk about Chromebooks. For 90% of users though, an ipad or Chromebook will be faster, less hassle and have far better battery life than this low end Surface Go.

Avoid this as it's a terrible computing experience whether you want a laptop or a tablet. The specs are just embarrassing with a Pentium Gold CPU (lower Geekbench score than an iPhone 6s) and eMMC storage (think souped up SD card).

It's pretty odd, the Pentium 'gold' processors in the Surface Go 1 & 2 are less capable in raw horsepower than the Pentium 'silver' N5000/5030. The Go just seems like a compromised device at the bottom end.
