That's a very odd looking watch. It's absolutely useless to have a Tachymeter scale without a chronograph seconds hand that can be started and stopped. It looks like one of those cheap Chinese counterfeit Breitling watches that you find all over Aliexpress and the Ebay.

Few Quid? Like £100 or £150
What's even going on here? Why are there 4 random batons? How do you even read the time? Won't the minute hand be floating way short of the track whenever it's between 15mins past the hour to 45mins past? I just don't get this watch at all.
