You can get a FREE Colgate ProClinical A1500 electric toothbrush (RRP £169.99, currently on offer at Boots for £84.99) simply by swapping any old rechargeable toothbrush at Waterloo station on Tues 9 - Fri 12 Jul and at Victoria station from Tues 23 - Fri 26 Jul (7am-7pm).

The old brush has to be a rechargeable electric toothbrush, so battery operated brushes will not be accepted. Your old brushes will be recycled.

The deal has been verified by MSE.

Update 28 Jun: Colgate states that the dates and numbers for this offer have changed. The swap will start on Tue (not Mon) for both weeks and it's limited to 750 toothbrushes per day at each station.

I saw an ad in the Co-op leaflet for a 'manual toothbrush'. That made me feel so very old.

Too good to be true or is it limited to the first 10 punters ?

Not what the weather man says

Shame would have been a great deal if it was for the whole country but sadly just for the foreigners living in London. Last visit there only UK citizen I met was a Beefeater and a Welshman who lent a hand when the foreign waiter added 20% on to our bill for a tip without asking then then the girl in McDonalds didn't understand the word bigmac so had to get another foreign member of staff who spoke better English to translate but we got lucky the foreign waitress in our hotel messed our order up because of her bad English so the foreign manager gave us a free desert.

O not against foreigners just think if your in the hospitality or tourist business you should understand the local language and not try and rip off the tourists for your own profit.

Oh boohoo. Go back under your shell or rock or whatever you live under. "Just for foreigners"? I am british and I am going to go and grab myself a FREE toothbrush. Sour grapes much.

I have an oral-b one which is use and throw (you cant change the batteries)

I tried to change the battery, now I use it as regular tooth brush.

You should ask some of those foreigners to help you with your English.

You do know only 37% of London residents were born outside the UK, right?

That's according to the 2011 Census data, so it's a reliable source too.

and according to the census I'm a pastafarian and therefore worship the flying spaghetti monster, and as you say its a reliable source

Seriously though it doesn't count illegals does it? only people living here as their residence, so count in all the illegals and the people working here temporary but legitimately from other countries, just saying

At least foreigners have taken the time to gain knowledge on usage of commas.

Electric toothbrushes always make my teeth feel weird. Still, fantastic freebie, heat added!

Obviously it's not going to be 100% accurate, but it's the closest piece of data which will be. It's good enough for most people, myself included.

Couldn't live without mine. OK slight exaggeration but they're fantastic. Whenever I've had to settle for a manual when on hols etc it's just not as clean.

I will ask my Wife then she is a foreigner and is always correcting me and never understands my Scottish twang.

Considering my electric one cost me £25 i'm gonna be trading it in for a better model, I'll keep my eyes open on way through Victoria next month.
