Victorinox have quite a few of these in their range so they must be selling them to someone. And why does a knife deal produce such hysterical reactions? I use knives for a lot of different things and none of them involve the blade being stuck into another living being.

Oh teh noes!!! It's a knife!!! Society will crumble because people are able to buy pointy implements!!! Quick, let's notify the Daily Mail so that they can blow it all up out of proportion.

OK, a number of points about this item.

1. The blade on this is tiny, it is hardly likely to be used offensively and even if someone was stupid enough to use it in that manner, it would be highly unlikely to inflict much in the way of damage.

2. The blade is well under the 3" legal blade length limit and is non-locking. Despite what you may read in the Daily Mail, knives of this type are perfectly legal for everyday carry. Do not bother arguing the point with me on this, it is the law.

3. The Daily Mail is a piece of garbage useful only for wrapping up fish and chips and is not a reliable source of information regarding knife crime or the laws regarding it, stop buying it.
