Very good airline too
Can't think of any good car hire companies, they all try to rip you off don't they, never once hired a car without a hundred different 'extras' to pay for....'would you like the peace of mind insurance at another £20 a day or do you want to risk a £5,000 damage excess?!??'
It's actually a two hour flight. Secondly, it's all the extras that make it much easier before flying (fast track, lounge) along with better food, legroom and champagne. Finally, it's the same price as economy. So,the answer to your question is YES!!!!
Can anyone recommend a good car hire company at Geneva airport (Swiss side) Thanks
Just thinking that, a one hour flight.......oO
Comment True story
Any hotel recommendations?
I had to use this site to check if this was sarcasm. http://m.wikihow.com/Detect-Sarcasm-in-Writing
Bizzare airline, at times can be so good, other times so bad. Like Emirates I think they have a similar planes with different seating configurations so its worth checking on what you get. You also have to be a certain band with them if you want to redeem points for the best seats, they seem to want ultra loyalty!
Swiss air used to be cheap 3-4 years ago..
£84 is way too much, pay attention.
Agreed Swiss airlines are very good, give kids a goody bag to keep them occupied during the flight.
I've flown on Turkish many times and it's excellent. Never tried Swiss though, but I have heard that they are pretty good anyway :) Look out for flights operated by Boeing 737-900ER or A321 with Turkish Airlines as they will have personal entertainment screens. You don't get that on Swiss.
Makes more sense flying with Turkish Airlines direct for about £190. You avoid the extremely long stop over and also Turkish Airlines is generally rated better. You will spend money in Zurich Airport if you fly anyway so you will end up wasting the money that you save - so it's all a big waste of time. :|
If you look at alternative dates and flight times - this can be avoided. Personally - a night of partying in Zurich sounds quite appealing!
but you also need a hotel both ways in zurich
Just checked back today and the flights I paid £85 each for are now about £235 each!!! glad I booked when I did. There are still some cheap flights available just not such good timings for me.
I spent ages reading all the small print as I am always reading people's posts on here about the hidden fees that Ryanair charge.
I am going to Chamonix and there is not too much accomodation about that will let you book anything but Sat - Sat during the half term week. I am waiting for someone to get back to me about a Hotel and as a last resort my sister is also going that week and has an apartment booked with a spare bed settee in the lounge but I don't really want to gatecrash her party. By the way my sister booked her flights months ago and has paid a lot more than this.
Once again, great price, have you got bargain accomodation too?
So sorry  I think you may be right, did not read the bottom bit.
