They always go cold, I've posted a few in my time.

People are always "you can get Google maps for free!", yes you can but how much are you going to be charged for data roaming to use Google navigation when you not in the UK and what happens if you're lost in the middle of nowhere with no signal...

Heat from me, I've used Sygic for years and its very good and they are always developing it and adding new features.

I'm a sucker for GPS apps and was just about to buy this, but then read the reviews. It seems the latest update has been extremely unpopular. I think I'll stick to Google Maps for a while.

Great price, and funny that by buying the version that includes Russia you get Europe cheaper. Must be a moral in there somewhere.

Yep - I was not happy with the latest update and the menu structure .... BUT once you get used to it is it very intuative.

So yes I could understand the bad reviews from users coming from teh old interface, but trust me ... the new interface is not so bad, and if you are new to Sygic then you will be fine with it

Nokia Here Maps is now free for Android. Surely unbeatable?

Fully downloadable maps, no data connection required:

used to be very good app with great support...over the last year they have managed to destroy both...they have become very adhoc, taken away features from old versions and then add them to the 'new look, new app' as premium...left very disappointed and moved back to Navigon (iOS)

the deal is self is hot as sygic normally cheap and this just makes it better...useable, functional hopefuly they up there game again and start innovating then spending the money they've made :-)

thanks, I always loved Nokia's navigation maps.

Another happy Sygic user here although preferred the old interface to the new one.

Maps have a very good level of detail and as others have said , require no internet access to use once installed.

I have used in UK and in Denmark.

Thanks. The second best thing I like about my Lumia 920 is there offline maps.
(First being the camera)

Google maps is excellent in every way but my data is unbelievably crap on the motorways. (Tesco mobile) makes it unusable.

The thing I love about Nokia maps is the speed limit warning. Don't understand why google haven't integrated that yet!

cheers, Nokia navigation always get great reviews, been tempted buy windows phone to try. now no need cheerd

Nokia Here makes this deal stone cold.
