£32.99 if you want prime ...
Reviews say, it takes a 2 hour a charge, and flies for 5-6mins. (When the camera is in use, if the camera works at all).
I have of these, after my first flight down the park I decided to get a DJI Phantom 3 Advanced.
A cheap way to see if quad flying is for you.

Oh yes, the Phantom series is insanely good. Pricey, but it isn't a toy
Decent price, although the x8c is often under £50 on ebay, much larger range (400m+, with a mod 1000m), can fly in light wind and carry a mobius etc

And if you want to try your hand at FPV, then you can add one of these:

I'd recommend this too

Is that what you told your wife when you came home with it?
IMO its a good price. Would recommend buying extra batteries as one will last 5-7 minutes ( depends on flying speed/wind factor and attached accessories as these would increase weight. Great little toy for beginners. Heat added!
It is good fun, here was my first flight video:

I know it's £30 v £700 so I'm obviously not going to state the obvious.

I think the syma is a great quad to play with.
If you look at this as a remote control flying toy, and don't expect too much, then this is stunningly good value. Additional batteries can be had cheaply on ebay. Its good fun on a windless day, and a good way to find out if its a hobby you want to get into.

These are more difficult to fly than the more expensive ones, so there is probably an argument to be made that you will learn more from a £30 one than a £700 one!
I bought one of these for my nephew and about 12 rechargeable, more powerful batteries (they last around 12-15mins each depending on conditions).
It's a great entry into drone flying but worth getting the extras/spares though.
Obviously it's a toy but (cheap) fun for all :-)

Totally agree.

I had the Syma fall from about 10m up onto the grass, I've crashed in garden chairs (during, ahem, testing) and hit the house without any damage.

My 4 year old loves it too. I tethered it down with about 30cm of slack which enabled him to fly it up a little without it being able to crash or tip over on to the blades.

Bought one at Christmas from Gearbest *for my son*. Flies in still/very light winds only really. Remove camera and protectors for better performance. I wouldn't use it indoors. Supplied camera is very basic.

It was good fun until my son flew it into a tree, killing a motor.

Worth £30 to see if you like flying drones but if you buy one you will inevitably crash it. It's fairly resilient but don't expect the earth.

A good little microcomputer for indoors is the Bayangtoys X9 from Gearbest. About £10 or so.

You're mistaken - the cat is the burglar.

where did you get the spare batteries from, do you have a linky please
I have a Syma. No expert but they take a real battering. They take skill to fly so many experienced flyers recommend training on one of these. It's like learning to drive with no traction control, cruise control, abs etc. Total bargain at £30

Could you attatch a Sony AS100 to this?
can you mount other cameras on these things?

Is the removal of the camera an easy task? probably just wires and a screw but with my luck I'd rip out the aerial! wonder if I could replace with taping a gopro to it...

I don't know about removing the camera, but this quad isn't powerful enough to lift a gopro. As mentioned earlier it will lift a mobius or 808 keychain style camera.

Is it just me or did the camera freeze about 3.5 minutes in?
This drone (i own one) suffers from a problem infamously known as the "Wind Bug" when in a slight breeze the drone stalls and rises. Refusing to move forward. Go for the X5C for a better flier but worse camera and no headless mode.
