Had a leaflet through for new car finance deals. Range includes 1,3,5 x5 and minis. Various 4 year finance deals but seams to show that customer deposits are 1 months cost and BMW deposit contribution is 25% of rrp. Wow!!!

Sorry it's more like 20% contribution
Have a look at the Pete Vardy offers I think they're better then get Sutherland to match it.
The new 5 series is a big improvement the digital cockpit and new nav etc make it much more modern, I will be ordering when a deal comes along.
All BMW and Mini dealers are giving a company contribution of £1000 at the moment - IF - you take finance , which I guess is the same package . Hopefully that means (though not advertised) they will give a similar discount for a cash buy . Might give it a try as the GF is after a new Mini. Always bear in mind when you are after finance or a PCP/PCH deal you are at their mercy for the deal you can get . If you intend to buy for cash you can take your custom elsewhere, or walk away and ask them to keep you informed if they have a better deal . Inevitably they will come back to you in a week or two (when they need to meet their targets ) and you have your deal without their strings .

Also I think the 25% contribution relates to 25% off the deposit - Not off the RRP

Get a quote from a reputable broker like "Drive the Deal" or alternatively a car sourcing site like "Car Wow" then get your local BMW dealer to match it , after all they will be servicing it .

As the picture shows 1 series £23,865 and BMW contribution £4105. 17.1% of selling price.

But that's on a PCP/PCH deal -not a straight purchase.

It's cheaper to buy on BMW finance then pay it off if you prefer I had this out with them last time but the dealer was powerless as part of the reduction comes from the finance company. There is no penalty for settling it early though.

Seams it's a buyers market at the moment. So many manufacturers offering big discounts and contributions to buy new and even used!

Taking out finance will always get you a better deal. If you buy at the correct times you can get a vehicle for less than cost price to the dealer.
