This is a 3G device, that normally retail for double price, it's unrealistic to get 4G mifi for that price

lowest price I've seen this at ... HOT!

I couldn't get the MSE code to work.

The MSE code no longer works for Samba , however sign up for fresh via this link and it will let you pick up the sim for £1

Is free for the first 10 unlocks but you need to like them on facebook or +1 them on google plus.
BTW you need the new algo code.

I got one of these - works a treat, turns my car into a mobile wifi hotspot

If you have an unlimited data plan on your pay monthly android then PdaNet+/FoxFi may just work around tethering restrictions from your provider, it certainly works with Three bypassing their monthly tethering charge even without root.

This won't work with Samba. Samba use 3 Mobile not T-Mobile.

like does not work

I am struggling to see what the disadvantages or advantages this has over tethering and indeed what is mifi as opposed to an ordinary dongle.
Any help will be gratefully accepted and any abuse apprecfiated by my masochistic side.

I know this may seem a stupid Q. - however if I currenlty have an 02 Dongle with a data sim cad in it, can I use one of these instead without incurring tethering charges?

I paid £20 for mine in currys...check online as they might have more

last time I posted the same deal, got 88 degrees heat

MiFi handy when the 3G signal isn't great - you can put it next to the window. Of course the same applies to your phone - so long as you aren't using it!

That's the link. The code is CAR22 without link.

With a dongle you must have a USB port or some way to plug it into your device. With MiFi, you connect to it via WiFi (wireless) and also several devices can use it simultaneously. MiFi is a WiFi hotspot. Similar to tethering but can use a data only sim which can be more cost effective.

From my point of view these are excellent for trips to the USA as roaming data costs are horrific. Most hotels have Wi-Fi but when travelling you invariably find some that charge up to $20 a day. With these gadgets you can buy a data SIM in country and connect your devices to it. This means you can still use your phone to send/receive calls but avoid data roaming charges.

Managed to buy one yesterday am. Thanks OP!
5* to ukhd app alert system for promptly doing its job (as opposed to Tesco's one).

After unlocking could these work with a Ovivo SIM? 1GB of data for £0 seems a good move.

Just received 2 for a friend and I, they are not branded to Tmobile so looks like they may already be unlocked!

Sorry scrub that locked, 99p for an unlock code on ebay and 10 minutes later I have my Samba SIM all up and running
