T-Mobile SIM Only Deal £7.50 800 mins/5000 texts/unlimited web 12 Months

Found 24th Mar 2012
Had my dad upgrade my Pay&Go SIM to a 12 month contract over the phone.

T-mobile initially offered me:

100 mins, 500 texts,unlimited web and a nokia c3 handset for £7.50

After rejecting the handset and requesting more texts they offered me with:

800 mins, 5000 texts, unlimited web (1GB fair use policy applies) for just
£7.50!!!!

Great deal, might be a loyalty offer but do check it out. And here's another
plus point: You don't have to change your number if you are already on
T-Mobile!!!

This deal is clearly a lie. False deal (I work for TmObile retentions) check my comment on page 4

Hot if this applies to everyone...

good deal if its open to all, if t mobile would stop charging for voicemail, mms messages would be better.

Try it out and see if they do it for you or not

Is this the same as the red hot deal posted a few weeks ago with a decent Quidco?

I think that one had 300 mins and 250mb data, so this is a scorcher if anyone can negotiate this deal, but sounds like existing customers.

Good retentions offer.

This is one of the new plans so voicemail should be part of your mins

If it's 1GB fair use then it's not unlimited internet is it?

Hot deal!!

Don't pay for voicemal!

Download HulloMail and you get a really good voicemail app that's free to use.

great deal- similar to the t mobile deal last year, we moved all 3 phones in the family over to them, much better servie than O2

First you say unlimited web, then you say 1GB fair usage policy. Which one is it?

The web is unlimited. You can browse normal websites as much as you like. The fair use policy comes in on downloads/streaming, stuff like that. So once you hit the limit you can't do things like that but you do still have unlimited access to the internet to view web pages/email.

Hi what number did you call to get this, and when ?
My wife is on the half price £7.50 ( 600min,500texts+ free internet booster)12 month sim only deal from last year
which I think will revert back to £15 month after 12 months is up ?

I got this loyalty deal but with less minutes and 500mb for £7 per month also included voicemail and 0800 numbers.

last month i sent 2 texts

i have a t-mobile sim in my ipad
think once you hit the limit
they dont stop your internet
just get the slower speed

give us some proper details so we can do this? phone number etc? lol sounds like an existing customer offer tbh

I think T-mobile gives you 1 GB of fast internet, and then unlimited but very slow internet...

looks like a loyalty offer to me as I was quoted £15 a month for far less with no included phone. So told them no thanks as was getting a betterdeal on payg with internet.Bit disgusted with them

actually it is, after 1GB they will only slow down your internet, but no extra charge

Retention deals are specific to the customer.

anyone know a provider who does offer 'unlimited data' using a mobile sim?

OP should check wether this is available to everyone before posting, not the other way around.

Fantastic deal, the Mrs contract is up so will get her to chase this up. I was looking at persuading her to cross to Tesco 750 mins, 5000 textx and 500mb for £12.50, but this blows it out of the water.

Actually No, There is not a single one, even giffgaff, although claming to have "true unlimited internet", will ban you after downloading more than 10GB.

oh dear... I had heard that 3 offered unlimited data for £25 a month
it's a shame that for all the high speed new mobiles out there, they're only good for a gb or 2 lol

wow that's good news.. think i might give sky a miss and go with them using tethering.. i'm on a lousy 4mb modem connection here, which IMO is supposed to be 20 :P

thanks

This was what I found for £8.50 a month, seems to be the same offer but a quid more expensive.

I've been on that one for about a year and a half. After 12 months, it went back up to full price. Called them, asked them to apply the discount again, and they did. So happy with that, although this deal is better.

This isn't like qyestionmark. Where is he today?:)

I just started my 2yrs. contract with them in Oct. Similar deal but 600 mins. and a Galaxy Ace phone and there was Quidco$$$ and costs me £10.20pm

Wish I had seen this contract back then... 200 extra mins and £2.50 saving pm
