One sided. However, works really well. I found it a better value than Gorilla tape.

The double sided tape I was using was always rubbish (Poundland). In Poundsaver I found a 'Hard as Nails' branded double sided tape which was specifically supposed to be strong according to the packet. So far it's held up much better than the Poundland stuff for hanging hooks for laptop chargers. Hope that helps

Not in the same price bracket but buy some Wurth Double Sided tape, it's excellent.

Don't forget to bang a gong
Great tape stronger than the Gorilla one, but it's this price usually anyway

you could use these. ebay/amazon.
40367280-VIZcA.jpga better idea is. to use aluminum track This method still relies on the adhesive backing as the strips adhere to the aluminum track.

Aluminium
tracking is expensive , the tapes don’t worry . I need 5metres per wall.i suppose I could
Get 5x 1 metre tracking which join together right ?

I think is is rather then using individual screw hooks as first picture as it’s in a difficult position to screw them in
