Mobile phone jail with padlocks to create more family time! A brilliant novelty 'Gadget Jail' which fits up to 5 mobile phones in it to then be locked away.

It is also a great way to limit your child's screen time and is also ideal for meetings, gatherings, meals, and so much more.

Good elf on the shelf prop!
I have a naughty hamster this will suit. His name his gary. Likes tracksuits and has a ford fiesta with a back box and go faster stripes.
Put the phones in little orange boiler suits and it becomes the tech version of Guantanamo Bay...
Or actually spend some time with your kids

That's a novel idea

Surround it in chicken wire to make a faraday cage and their phone won't receive any messages either.
Just turn off the WiFi.
Just ban all the things.

What would that achieve Just use mobile data or use kali to crack neighbours wifi.

What if your kids got unlimited data??? What then???

You've unfortunately made a rod for your own back there...

The power balance has been tipped entirely in their favour.

Don't give them mobile data, it's the thin end of the wedge.

I only let them out from under the stairs once a week.

We don't have neighbours.

Can still see notifications through the cage
And make calls through airpods or Bluetooth earphones
Does this come with a crowbar to get the phone out of the kids hands?

Voted hot! This is a 'great' product, not to limit my kids screen time, in fact is good for us, the parents.
Fingbox!
The most genius thing I have seen someone do with one of these is put this funko pop inside!

Anyone wanna do a quick Kali tutorial for Android whilst youre in here? 😁
My wife's boyfriend has one of those where he stores the Chastity belt key and Nintendo Switch when I forget to do the dishes and take out the bins

The one we have seems to be the bigger version but it's basically the same, idk I can't tell by the picture how big it is

Isn’t that the point of it?
use screentime instead with password known to partner or parents.

More plastic landfill rubbish

Thanks for posting this comment, we all have to stop believing plastic is 'recyclable' if we 'magically' put it in a council blue bag, it's really difficult (and expensive) to sort and recycle most plastic because it's often a mixed product of different materials. Plastic is really useful but we must get into a frame of mind to only use it where absolutely necessary, post use - it's a massive hazard to the environment.

This piece of tat is up there with coffee pod machines, disposable coffee pods have to be one of the worse inventions of the 20th century. If you do one thing today, switch to a glass cafetiere / french press, it's a bit messy but think of your kids and it will save a tonne of plastic/aluminium landfill crud.

From the Guardian:
It is thought that 95m cups of coffee cups are drunk in the UK every day, but increasingly popular single serve pods have become an environmental scourge – typically ending up in landfill where they can take up to 500 years to break down. The 20bn capsules currently consumed every year are enough to circle the Earth 14 times.

“Aluminium and plastic coffee capsules are difficult to recycle so most of them end up in the bin, and that’s why up to 75% are currently being sent to landfill every minute. Most people don’t understand the irreversible damage these coffee capsules are inflicting on the planet.”

Couldn’t agree more!! Not saying tech or phones are a bad idea but people don’t realise how much time they spend on them and not their kids!
They could escape between the bars!

Strip the phones of their fascias, and forcibly connect their USB ports. Then take pictures.
That would be Gitmo.
If you ever need this to control yourself then you might also need a larger cage for yourself and your family members to make sure no one go away in the important family event.

Keep in mind these stuffs
- Will cost you money
- Need space
- You will soon throw it away either because you will realize it does not work and/or because it is already smash by your family member who do not agree with all od this rubbish stuff.More plastic go to landfill unnecessary damage the environment.
I don’t know which is the bigger problem, the fact that landfill tat like this exists, or that there are people out there who actually buy this Chinese junk by the container load. Where did we go wrong
