Sounds good but are they over priced from sky or competitive prices

You have to get LTE versions but I would say in line with usual retail prices...I just got a Samsung tab A for £246 interest free. Curry’s is selling it for £249.99
Anyone know what the trade in price is like at the end of the three years? I’m looking at the IPad Pro 12.9 and it’s showing as £23 a month over three years. At the end they give you an amount of the value back as a credit when you return the tablet but don’t say how much you can expect.
      I did this.
      I currently pay £25 a month (admittedly for 4 years or 3 if I decide to pay it back early) and have a 2GB data/unlimited calls/texts sim, a 2018 128GB iPad 2018 4G and a 2019 64GB iPad Air 3.
My wife uses the sim and the data is more than enough for her. I got this sim for free with the 2018 iPad which was on offer a while ago for £12 a month. I then got the Air 3 recently with no plan for £13 a month.
The 2018 at the time was about £579 and the Air was £599 so a total of £1178 of Apple products on interest free for 4 years.

Personally I think this is a good deal as I would have been paying around £7/£8 a month for a sim anyway so happy to pay less than £20 a month for the iPads which are used daily.
Tempted by the galaxy tab a 10.1 for £6 a month

There's a link somewhere on the page your looking at says something like 'payment breakdown' it will be listed as the swap option. This is for very good condition only though.
In my opinion you most people only keep a phone /tablet (maybe a little longer for tablet) a year or so going by the posts on here so you could go on paying for stuff years after you've ditched it and upgraded

Hi, after the three years do you own the tablet or do you have to return it and take out another payment plan. It’s not clear from what I’m reading as it keeps referring to swap.

This is just spreading the cost over time though instead of all up front. Full price brand new either way so it doesn’t make any difference.

You own it after the payments finish in the forth year.
Does anyone know if the sim is tied to the same 3 or 4 year contract?

The sim is only a 12 month contract.
However to keep the credit agreement (the 3/4 year part) you need to keep an active sky sim.

So technically there is a contract/obligation/how ever you look at it.

Thank you, but you can buy it without a Sim. So presumably if you did that the requirement for an active sim would not take effect?
