Was looking to buy a multimeter and came across this. It's the #1 best seller on Amazon and reviews are all good. Also noticed people are stating this is a properly fused multimeter which in compare with those knock off stuff on eBay at same price range is a peace of mind. Ordered one myself, hopefully it helps the right person. Also comes with a warranty card.

The op states " Also noticed people are stating this is a properly fused multimeter".

I've looked through the Amazon reviews. Couldn't see a mention of it? Anybody?

Sorry I'm on mob. Someone called Alex mentioned it in his review.
Re. fused.
Ah, yes. Thanks I see the Amazon review, 'Alex April 2017'.
But it must be said, even the bog-standard £2.50 'throw-away' multi-meters are internally fused, by a replaceable 300mA fuse as well as a 1ohm fusible resistor.
That aside, have some heat for the Tacklife DM03 posting.

As far as it helps someone.
Went for the Tacklife DM02A
Only a couple a quid more and a far higher spec'd meter with Non contact voltage sensor

Cheers for the post though it alerted me to the better meters!

good call, I did the same
Brilliant. Can I just say, you beat me to this post. I got this ordered yesterday and it arrived today. I did not want to post before I tested it out. Packaging is awesome. A few things to note. The cables that come with this multimeter has silicone outer. This maybe something silly but for me it is important. Silicone cables do not tangle or wrap around each other like the cheap plastic alternatives. I have noticed it is also double fused. With the cheaper multimeter you may only get a single fuse if you are lucky. 9V battery I am not too fond with but that is my own personal reason. They are not as easy to buy like the double A batteries. At least they have provided me with a 9V battery. The multimeter has a rubberised grip all around it that looks you can take it off, but I won't. The central dial is firm. All functions well.31329437-Q7euV.jpgThis is a picture of me earlier, unboxing.
If you need to ask me anything regarding this item, I will try my best to answer
