That means I have one of these bad boys on every radiator in my house, cheers
Shame the horizontal ones are still full price
A bit overpriced in the first place when compared to the Drayton Wiser ones
Scorchio. Shame I don't have any radiators left to upgrade!
Absolute bargain

Cheaper than Drayton now, and a far better product.
Very good price. Bought my Tado TRVs for £35 each back in August 2017 so this is a great price. Excellent product

Debating between the two, how's Tado far better?
Thanks, good find, was weighing up between tado and Honeywell Evo Home, but the Prime Day prices mean that tado comes in at half the price! Therefore picked up a few of these. In the very fortunate position to be able to get them tax free at the moment too :-)

Just go with vertical. The only difference is screen orientation. And "vertical" would look absolutely fine in horizontal orientation. (never got why they decided to a second option)

I suppose it may be down to soft. I don't have experience with Drayton, but when I shown Tado app to friends with Nest, they said that that one is way better than Nest.

It's a more well rounded product. Software is slick, and it's reliable. Drayton has come into the market as a cheaper product to undercut Tado, Nest, and vastly overpriced Honeywell Evo. It's a good alternative if you're paying full price for Tado, but why opt for the budget version of a market leader, which has a bigger R&D spend.

Just fit the vertical ones, that’s what I did, saved me a fortune for the sake of having to look at the display the wrong way round once a year as I manage it through Siri and the app
I thought the promotion was available for the 2 prime days or at least for 24hrs... I've just logged on to buy a couple of them and the it's back on the original price already!!

Interesting... as Tado have 80 employees and Schneider Electric who make Drayton Wiser have 155,286 employees.
