Saw loads of these instore in Shepherds Bush this morning.

Now, I realise no one would actually pay anywhere near £34 for a bottle of Taittinger, but a smidge under £17 is not a bad price for this bit of bubbly.

Leaving Shepherds Bush certainly a good reason to buy champagne... HOT

Yeah....the Piper Hiedsieck Rose is £14.98, which is not a bad price either!

There are quite a few on offer, saw an advert on the TV today, sorry didn't notice all the names

Good price - thanks for posting. We've still got two bottles left from the Christmas deals - I think we had about 15 bottles of various brands in the rack at one time! Looks like it's time to drink them and top the rack up again :thumbsup: Thanks to aurora for adding note about three others too.

Can't believe there's not been some muppet with an " I prefer to this rubbish - wouldn't bath the dog in it" type post.
The sooner these people realise that nobody gives a toss what they claim to drink the better.

I prefer vintage Krug at £150 a bottle :-)

Not sure it is recommended to store this for that long! ;-)

Nice to see another another victim of the Shepherds Bush Morrisons on here. Probably the worst supermarket in the country and definitely the most expensive car park (£15 for 4hrs 10 mins the other day.)

I work in the area....so pop in there in the mornings to get 5 croissants for £1 for breakfast for me and my colleagues! Other than that, its it a completely useless store....the self service machines never work, and its grim in there (I'd much rather shop at the Poundland in the precinct). At least I managed to get Modern Warfare 2 for £25 in there the morning it was released, and the bottles of Bollinger for £18....spotted both funnily enough as I was going to get my croissants!!!

Agree that Morrisons are not fantastic.... other day I was overcharged (wrong label out) and all the girl at CS said when I suggested they put the correct label out was "it's not my fault, I don't work over there". They did give us a load of big cardboard boxes though when asked.

I've never been to one that charges for carpark though.

Bought 6 bottles from Reading, no one asked any questions, they currently have 10% of 4 or more bottle but the till only gave me 6.08 instead of 10.16. Did not want to complaint as they may not have sold me the 6 bottles. As it says only 2 bottles per customer on the shop label.

Don't be twits.

Champagne = Emperors new clothes

Home made Elderflower champagne far superior! :thumbsup:
