This looks a good price, but the trouble of having to deal with this horrific company makes genital warts a more welcoming prospect.

Noice
If you ever decide to leave TalkTalk (and you will) you'll be hounded for years with cold calls.
I am with talktalk internet. Been 11 months now and not one problem.

Was with sky internet before but that wasn't great. Kept sky tv and changed to TalkTalk internet. So glad I did.

Worst customer service. Internet keeps dropping signals. Oh how I regret leaving sky.

Never been hounded once. Oh i took on a new number when i left
I’ve been with TT for many years without any major problems. We went onto fibre broadband and had a new router delivered the next day. If we have ever encountered any problems they have been sorted out by the very knowledgeable, friendly and well spoken call staff in India. Recently we have used the online web chat to discuss renewing or leaving near to the end of the contract term. We got a great deal and it’s always handy to have a copy of the chat transcript to hand if there’s any problems with the new contract. Touch Wood..... they have been great so far!

It's when you have a problem that you realise how good, or bad in this case, a company is. I was with talktalk for 2 years issue free. Then when my speed dropped significantly, it took 6 months to get them to release me from my contract. I then had 12 months of threatening letters from them asking for £300+ for the remainder of my contract (which they had waived), and spent hours on the phone sorting this out. I also now get a weekly phone call from scammers because talktalk allowed my info to be hacked.

On a side note, after dealing with their call centre in India extensively, I'm amazed how many Indian men are called 'Eric'!

It's a good job no other companies have been hacked and customer details stolen.
I remember when they used to refuse to deal with any internet complaint because it was a 'free' part of your phoneline deal, and under legislation if an item was given to you for free there was no expectation nor requirement of upkeep or maintenance of it; this was of course after they swindled you into a 18 month contract for both line and internet rental.

Nice little con they had going for a while, lovely people!

This deal isn't for 'no other companies' though.

It's 'any other companies' mate. If we're speaking the Queens.
