Posted 27th Jul 2019

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

TalkTalk offering free UK landline and mobile anytime calls for 18 months. Deal is for new customers, however as an existing customer I managed to get this deal added to my account.

Offer applies to both standard and fibre broadband packages. No offer end date, just says 'Limited Time Offer.'

After offer ends (month 19) price goes back to £10 per month for the boost. 3270630.jpg3270630.jpg

Deal only tested with direct TalkTalk sales webpage, not through cashback/affiliate webpages.

I've been with them for just over a year (recently renewed contract) and found them to be good. Only thing is there call centres but you have live chat, forums and Twitter support.
Did you get this offer when renewing contract or after you had renewed ? I am in a contract but pay extra for this service

I renewed back in March, so after renewal. They didn't mention anything renewing contract again today and my end date remains the same.

As one would expect some manage to get a service out of them, but for many others "TalkTalk is the company from hell "
I suspect most firms will start doing this because of the lack of demand for phone lines.
VOTED Hot !!!!, just rung them, told them about this and they said thats fine, and added unlimited UK landline and mobile calls to my account for 18 months. Thank you op, you just saved me hundreds of £s
Didn't they advertise to treat all customers equally recently? Existing and new.

Yep, and this "free deal" is guaranteed for 18 months.

So I am paying £17 a month all in for unlimited internet and now unlimited UK calls and unlimited UK mobile calls and line rental.

I dont think anyone can bet that all in price.
Shame i can't see any additional new customer offer as out of contract with sky, yet only paying £26.89 a month for 70mbps unlimited fibre with anytime landline / mobile calls.

Heard wifi range is better on the talktalk router compared to sky though?
Seriously don't just don't go with this company. Abysmal customer service....
That's weird, found cashback and gift card offers, so go to join but being told unlimited calls is £7.50 a month???

Well that's answered my question then - deal ended!

With talk talk now 4 months great fibre, cheaper and faster than sky. No issues whatsoever I highly recommend

Yes WiFi range with talk talk router is excellent, I could hardly get a bar upstairs with sky’s new hub it was terrible

This deal is not available and should be expired. It’s £7.50
No this deal is valid.

Worked out new customers are only given the option of free unlimited calls if you got to talktalk site direct, i.e not through an affiliated link like hukd, uswitch, quidco, etc.

If you clear cookies and visit talktalk direct the offer will be there.

I'm still trying to workout if there is a way of getting both cashback or gift card + the free calls.

No it’s advertised as £7.50 at checkout
Still showing as free. This was direct via Talk talk not via top cashback etc

That worked for me, Cheers.
the offer is still there.. just got off live chat and managed to get the deal implemented in my existing account.

What i did is open this link in a private browser session : talktalk.co.uk/shop/

the offer will be seen there. And live chat option. I had prove that other existing users were getting this deal applied to them. And copied and pasted the image link of the chat box in the original post.

Yeah 3 years now at this point and for £25 a month i get my phone, 34 meg fiber, and £3 for a mobile sim with unlimited text, 200 free call time min, so £28 a month in total, but if i had a seperate mobile PAYG i would be dropping £10 a month on top up easy.........and out of all that time i think it has went down twice for a day.....but that is what i like about not being with a cable company, i can jump from ISP to ISP at the click of a few buttons on the net.

...no, if you phone them, and say you want to leave as I did they give it to you
Just now talked with Talktalk CS, told them about this offer and requested them to add unlimited (1000 mins) international max boost plan (instead of unlimited UK landline and mobile calls) to my account, which they did add it free for 12 months. Thanks op
38159135-LUI0J.jpg......its there on my account after my call to them telling them that others have been given this
Just wait till you have a problem or move house like I did pure hell. My problem with them started when I moved the switchover was delayed by 2 weeks then I was unlucky as the family that had my house got the TV package and talk talk charged me for it and added there monthly bill on to me it was well over 8 month before I got my money back I had to block there direct debit and get the bank to get my money back I would happily punish them in the face what a set of ####
I'm so happy I switched to Talk Talk. Same service and same broadband speed for a much better price.
Customer services tried to tell me the offer had finished but I persisted and got put through to Loyalty department. They added it no problem.
