Ive been with these guys for about 2 years. Good service no complaints, when I did have a complaint the complaints team dealt with and and made sure I was happy with outcome!
I have faster fibre, unlim landline class + line rental + 100 mins/texts 250mb data free sim + tv with basic entertainment (sky one etc) for £25.00

No one are as bad as BT
If you add anything to this or any other talktalk package these add ones go up in price even if they are free. I have just had this out over the phone with them. Terrible company to deal with I'm in process of leaving NO deal would keep me there

You had "no complaints" but you made a "complaint".

Make your mind up.

They're consistently voted the worst broadband provider for a reason.

Says £22.50 here? Is there a discount code?
@daramcl couldn't see this price on the website. Can you please let us know how to get this?
I think this is the offer through topcashback. if you include the £50 cashback through them it makes it roughly £19.95 a month over the 18 months.
Can't find the offer through this link (it's £25) = cold.

Crap company my internet goes down every night around midnight. I got a letter the other day saying I used this that and the other on my broadband over last few months and do I want special offer to upgrade to faster fibre. Funny there has been nobody at home for months so complete lies

Hi

Hotukdeals have now updated the link. It should be working fine now for everyone

Existing customer here, only just recontracted ~ 2mths ago to £27.50 now its down to £24.95l, upgraded no problem.

Excellent service here from them (I dont contact customer services)
I wouldn't use talk Talk again if it was free, a terrible company
Just logged onto my talk talk account as I'm now with them out of contract on standard broadband, it told me fibre was available, but can't have it as they're busy and I can't have it. I think it's time to move on
daramcl1 h, 27 m ago

I don't beleive so. New customers only

Talktalk always say existing customers will never pay more than new ones, here are the terms for the offer
Terms for existing customers for offers
Offers for Fixed Price Plans advertised by TalkTalk are available to new and existing TalkTalk customers. Existing customers need to sign a new Fixed Price Plan contract. Customers will need to be active for at least 30 days on a Fixed Price Plan before taking up a new offer. If you are still within the minimum term of your old contract and you cancel the new contract during your 20 day cooling off period, you will be put back onto the equivalent of your previous package and contract term.

I am an existing customer and I just got this deal, so thanks op.

It looks like @UEFI has managed to...
have done it on 2 accounts so far.

I've managed to upgrade to reduce the broadband but wouldn't give me free calls or TV
Hot considering it includes line rental and all calls as well. Can't get the tv box without paying for boosts but less than £20 for 40mb broadband and all calls is good for me. The link doesn't work though, but typing in the familyoffer address as above made it show up for me

The link doesn't work, even the updated link, for some reason you have to type www .talktalk .co .uk/familyoffer for it to show up, otherwise it just says the standard £22.50
Even if I click the link from here it doesn't work for some reason, I have to type the address in my browser and it then works.

I was with Talk Talk for 2 years and paid nothing and made over £1000,00 from them but service was poor so I left and moved to BT hoping to do the same

Reported to fraud squad.

How? Can you tell me because I didn't know there was a fraud squad or I would've made more money from them
try opening link in 'incognito' - got it working for me. Might need to clear cookies otherwise
Have just ordered, have to wait for an openreach engineer to install a line though (as I'm currently with virgin) even though I was originally with sky and had an engineer come to put a line in when I first ordered sky fibre broadband?
Dreadful company, I have just left them. I told the ceo that I would let others know how bad their company is each time I get an opportunity
Thanks very much. Placed an order two days ago, significantly more expensive, which I have now cancelled through chat and placed a new order for this deal using the ‘incognito’ tip above.

I left for Vodafone home broadband. The extra £2 a month was well worth the fibre.

You'll receive a follow up at some point saying they've detected a working line and openreach will be sent externally to the cab/exchange to activate it. You'll be sent the router through the post and told to connect it yourself ahead of your go live date.
Trrible company call centres in india if something goes wrong it takes 1,5 hours on the phone and sometimes wont get it right ive left them Vodafone was great but router is poor so ended up with BT now so far so good no issues at all.
