TalkTalk Mobile - Half Price and Double Data SIM Only Plans
If you are a TalkTalk home phone and broadband customer, this might be a pretty good deal to consider if you are looking for a SIM only price plan...

TalkTalk seem to be offering a double deal with half price SIM only price plans and many of the plans offering double data too! These prices seem to thrash the main networks prices! I have listed the deals below:

***1 Month Rolling Plans***
- 300 mins, Unlimited Texts and 600MB of Date - £5 per month
- 500 mins, Unlimited Texts and 1GB of Data - £6.75 per month
- 2000 mins. Unlimited Texts and 4GB of Data - £11.75 per month

***1 Year Plans***
- 300 mins, Unlimited Texts and 600MB of Data - £3.75 per month
- 500 mins, Unlimited Texts and 1GB of Data - £5 per month
- 2000 mins. Unlimited Texts and 4GB of Data - £10 per month

TalkTalk is considered a virtual network, that piggy backs off of the Vodafone network and at present only offer 3G data. However, they signed an agreement last month with O2 and will in the coming months switch there network over to use O2, and when this happens 4G will become available.

You are also expected to remain a TalkTalk phone and broadband customer, throughout any contract you have with their mobile service.
(Im not sure what happens if you change to another internet provider, while in your mobile contract?)

To put this in perspective, I have checked some of the other networks prices and TalkTalk seem to be a bargain!

Three
- 600 mins, Unlimited Texts and 1GB of Data
£10 12 month contract or £12 rolling 1 month contract
- Unlimited Calls, Unlimited Texts and 4GB of Data
£20 12 month contract or £23 rolling 1 month contract

O2
- 300 mins, Unlimited Texts and 300MB of Data
£10 12 month contract or £13 rolling 1 month contract
- 500 mins, Unlimited Texts and 500MB of Data
£13 12 month contract or £15 rolling 1 month contract

The Quidco cashback says £60 for all SIMO contracts, would they pay out £60 on the 1 month £5 contract?

As to the question of what happens if you shift the home phone/broadband package in the middle of the 12 month mobile contract.
Answer (I spoke to Ahmed in Customer Support): Nothing. The departments are completely separate.
The criteria is only relevant when you sign up and doesn't care about what happens further down the line.
