Seems like a lot of bag for your money to me...

The Tamrac Jazz 83 Backpack is able to hold 1 DSLR with lens attached, 3-4 extra lenses and a flashgun. On the inside of the sleeve is a foam-padded pocket for holding and protecting an iPad or tablet. The front pocket features a variety of different sized pockets for organising your personal items and small camera accessories. On each side of the bag are elasticated mesh pockets for storing a water bottle or your lunch. To ensure a comfortable fit at all times, the Jazz 83 offers a foam-padded backpack harness with sternum strap and padded back panel for carrying comfort.

Can you remove the sections and use it as a normal school bag?

Slightly different solutions but something like this or a thinktank retrospective 20?

personally i have used this bag from Amazon for the last 3 yrs & at £23.99 I would say is a better buy & the sections all move to arrange it how you want it.

Me too. The Amazon basics bag is quite good. I haven't compared the dimensions, but the Amazon one might be slightly larger. It also features in the Lightning deals from time to time, so you might be able to find it for less.

Im after a new dslr backpack and these both offer about the right amount of storage, i just dont like them being accesed from the back. Could be potential for a theft. I like the lowepro flipside 400 which can only be accesed when the bag is removed but it is so expensive in comparison to those mentioned in this thread. Mmm descisions

Looks good. Hot.

Total is £36.95.

£2.95 delivery and 5% Quidco on bags. Spend over £50 for free standard delivery.

You can find them sometimes for decent money, I've got Flipside 200 and Fastpack 350 and they are top quality products and very comfortable. I paid £40 for Fastpack 350 but it was some time ago.

Would i get a macbook retina in one of these as well as my camera gear?

The difference between this and an unbranded one is that the material here is waterproofed and made from much higher rigid quality. That's my experience with tamrac bags anyway, cant say to this one in particular.

I used to buy cheap ones all the time but they would fall apart after a while. These bags take a beating and last years.

These are always a little too small for me.
If anyone knows of one suitable for two bodies, five lenses and a flash I'd be grateful.

Depends what size lenses you're using. I have the Lowepro Pro Runner 450. I managed to get in a 24-120mm, a 16-35mm, a 70-200mm and an 80-400mm, with 2 camera bodies(with battery grips attached), oh and a rocket blower.

For us, it will have to be the following bag (those looking to also carry their computer)

+1 for the Amazon basics bag. Got one before Xmas in a lightning deal from a link on HUKD.
