Ordered. I’ve used the previous model daily for over two years. Excellent value.
These are rubbish - too much clamping force and small ear cups that overheat your ears and also press down on the cartilage parts of your ears.

Incredibly uncomfortable compared to the QC35s, XM3s, 50BTs etc.
aptX!

Put them over a box overnight for them to stretch a bit. It's not uncommon for headphones to be clampy at first.

Does make the earcups grow in size too and reduce way they overheat your ears?

No that depends on the size of your ears. Closed headphones usually do that with me, especially when they're pleather pads

You clearly haven't used many then because the Taotronics are notorious for their lack of comfort. The QC35s, 50BTs etc are a measure of lightyears ahead of these in terms of comfort. That's the difference between quality materials and properly thought out designed -v- and cheap design, construction and materials like you're getting here.

I've used plenty. Pleather is notoriously sweat inducing. You sacrifice breathability for isolation. I was just giving a suggestion to improve comfort. And they're £35. Aren't the 50BT on-ear? I can't stand on-ear

Sure, you've probably used plenty of low end / junk ones as you don't really seem to know the difference between the different types. The Taotronics 034s, 060s for example are TWICE as hot as the Sony 1000XM3s. And even at the budget edge, the ear cups are significantly smaller (and less comfortable) than say, the Mpow H5s, H12s etc. And as for the 50BTs, they are over ears:

I have a budget pair of Taotronics. The 040. They fit fine. Breathability isn't much different to my other closed pairs. If you have the budget for Sony's, go ahead, but comfort is quite subjective, as our heads and ears are all different shapes.

The 040 are junk in terms of comfort. You have no idea what you're talking about.
This is for the 060s which is basically the same earcup design but with Bluetooth 5.0 internals:

"The TaoTronics TT-BH060 are one of the most unbreathable headphones we’ve reviewed so far. They got very hot in a short amount of time because they seal very well on our test rig. They trap a lot of heat inside the ear cups and won’t be suitable for sports as you will sweat more than usual. On the upside, they aren’t that bad for casual listening, especially if you take them off from time to time, letting your ears cool off a bit."

There's some guy down my road who thinks his 1960s Mini is the best car on the world. Doesn't mean that it is.

You said that you find them comfortable. The guy with the 1960s Mini thinks his car is comfortable too - but that's only because he hasn't experienced a car with proper suspension! Same with headphones. That Taotronics are towards the bottom of the pile in terms of comfort. And like I said already, they overheat your ears due to the poor design. Twice as hot as the Sonys for example.

You must be really fun at parties only your opinion matters, if you think a £35 pair of headphones are going to be as good as the the likes of Sony or Bose then you should get your head checked. Point here is for the price they are great. I have the precious version and find them good enough for likes of compressed audio files.
You need to smile more often.
