Who eat all the pies then? 🎄
"Ooof... get off!"
Lidl now sell scales with the same functions, a bit cheaper, and a 3 year warranty.
Absolute nightmare. Totally over engineered. In the end I bought a £10 spring scale. Works every time.
Biometric impedence is not at all a reliable or accurate method of measuring % bodyfat. A gimmick really

It's not the poor accuracy that is the issue. It is the sheer inconsistency due to constantly changing external variables such as hydration levels. So unless you have some magical measuring gauge which tells you when you have exactly the same hydration level as your last reading, then these sort of scales are totally pointless (other than for measuring weight!)
