Tassimo Costa Cappuccino pack £3.25 @ Tesco (plus other packs reduced)

Looking to top up on pods for that totally unwarranted Tassimo machine you recently purchased? I know I am!

Valid from tomorrow (14th) following on from Sainsbury's Tesco have put the price of their Costa Cappuccino and Americano packs down to £3.25. Their Latte and Caramel Latte packs are going down to £4 a pack. Can confirm the Caramel Latte's are extremely delicious.

I'm currently putting in an on-line order hoping to cash in on the XXJKTT code for 1000 extra points when spending over £50 that seems to still be working for some, might be worth a shot. I am imagine this will be in-store also but cannot confirm yet.

I used XXLLPT via Quidco for £12 off £60 plus £8.50 cashback although I suspect that may only be available for first time users.

Ah thanks for the update! That code did appear to be accepted, but I was using the recent Living Social voucher and since that brings the cost down by £50 I don't imagine it applies.

This price in Sainsburys also (with some others reduced by £1)

Thanks OP. Anyone seen the Milka Hot Chocolates for Tassimo in any real world stores? Tried ASDA and Morrisons but no joy... no sign on Tesco website but wondering if they are on the shelves for real?

how would it work if ordering online tonight to get delivered tomorrow as putting in basket to get delivered tomorrow and still full price will theycharge full price

Many of the Tassimo range are no longer available in stores unfortunately. Tesco used to have a very wide range, including many flavoured coffees and the teas but no longer.

This is a hot deal if still stocked in your local store.

Really average this one, I like the Tassimo machine for the simplicity and some of the stronger coffees are nice but the cappucino/latte I find to be almost identical in taste to the nescafe sachets.

As far as I could tell as long as you're having them delivered within the offer period the amount will be correct for the offer price at checkout.

Tesco charges the price on the delivery day so if it's delivered from tomorrow onwards the price will be that shown in the deal. The price shown in the basket is the guide price but that will be brought down to the deal price when you receive the goods.

thank you wasnt sure i hate the whole guide price with tesco makes your shopping so confusing lol

Good price. No Suchard hot chocolate in my local Tesco though so I will still have to buy from Tassimo unless anyone knows where I can get them from?

Having trouble finding these myself. Not in my local tesco (though it's a small one), Asda, or Sainsburys. Haven't checked Morrisons yet.

I so hoped this was a pun on skimmed milk, but I suspect it's a joke at my expense

Thank you , have been waiting for one of the supermarkets to discount these since the Tassimo machine offer. Heat added

No - have checked the big 4 & they are not available in any of the stores. This is a useful link for anyone on Facebook to share thoughts / ideas : facebook.com/gro…lp/

I think Suchard has gone online only too. I went to buy some at Morrison's a while back and noticed at the checkout it was months out of date. It took them ages to remove all the old stock from the shelves (as in several weekly visits later) and was replaced by Costa Coffee stuff.

I think the newer in shop ranges are now Costa, Kenco and Cadbury. Unfortunately.

Beans > pods.

Poppycock..... Those Nescafé sachets can never be compared with a tassimo pod coffee.....

Great deal for those that can pick them up. Cheers for position OP (_;)

WHAT is the point of posting that??? Some idiots on here .....

That's my rant for the day

Voted HOT! I bought one of the Tassimo machines with the FB code offer and I then got the variety pack from Tassimo. So I'm working my way through them all at the moment. I've been using a lot of the espresso discs with some frothed up milk of my own, using my multi-quirl which my son bought me at the German market in Glasgow last December. It is absolutely brilliant, much much faster than the little battery operated things - it takes about ten seconds to froth up 200mls of hot semi skimmed milk and you get a really deep foam on top. I can highly recommend it if anyone has seen them and wondered whether to get one.

I was pointing out the fact that they're not a hot deal. Pods cost more and taste 1000000x worse than using beans. You can pick up 1KG of Lavazza beans for around £10 inc delivery.

Like a previous poster stated, you might as well just use instant coffee.

So you are absolutely missing the entire point of the site... to post hot deals. This is a hot deal for Tassimo disks, not a thread for you to post that they aren't as good as a different product.

It's not a hot deal though, that's my point. Just because a poor product is cheaper than it normally is, it doesn't make it "hot". Do you want to buy a £50 broken twig, 50% off?

A product considered poor by you does not make it a universally poor deal, it's a good deal for Tassimo disks for those who already own a machine and aren't quite ready to step into the world of grinding their own beans.

Do you get quidco with said twigs ?

That gadget looks awesome, puts my Ikea battery-operated whisky thing right to shame - also the video is hilarious.

Oh my mistake, proper coffee shops use cruddy convenience items not proper beans. I take it back.

I think the economy of buying Tassimo pods at a cheaper rate for a machine you have already bought probably outweighs the prospect of paying massively over-inflated prices for coffees brewed by barristas who most of the time don't know what they're doing.

I also drink 71617 Tassimo Costa Americano made with sealed pods

and if anyone can tell the difference I will buy them a boat

you simply can't

Yes it really is excellent, I use mine every day. Only for milk frothing duty so far though. And yeah, much better than the Ikea thing. Get one of these for your Christmas! That video is the least cheesy I could find, one has a made up language on it, I swear!

ps. better to ignore the ridiculous troll, I am now.
