Does anyone know if still you get the £20 voucher to buy the discs if you register the T65 on Tassimo.co.uk?

Yes you do

code only works on first time order only, still a hot deal though at £49.99.......scorching

This machine uses an inbuilt britax water filter in the tank which I believe you have to replace every 8 weeks. Is it true that the machine won't work unless you replace it? If true then it makes it more expensive to run than the t40 that's on offer.

Hot deal though.

Hot from me, would buy one but we already have 2 tassimos in the house

Is this better than my T40 still in its box?

Coffee will taste arguably better because of the inbuilt water filter. Other than that it's bells and whistles.

It still works without the filter, my mother has one, you can take the filter out altogether if you have no need for it.

Why not save £3 and do c&c?

No the machine still works regardless of whether you replace the filter.

Code only works on first Tesco Direct order

Thanks. Might be tempted to buy another as a back up

money saving tip.......99p shops sell boxes of Tassimo Carte Noir expresso glace, which is exactly the same as the normal expresso.

lol, did consider it but I have enough trouble using one account

Heat added. Just bought one, Brilliant deal.

Thanks OP!

This really is a bargain. Currently £74.99 on Amazon, so it is one of the decent models. We have been looking for a few weeks for one. We weren't too sure whether to go for Tassimo, Dolce Gusto or one of the Starbucks ones.

I knew HUKD would come good for us.

thanks

Thanks ordered! I chose click and collect so got it for £40!

For the actual pods then, is the Tassimo website the best to order from with the discount codes in the first post? Or are there other good alternatives for cheaper pods too?

Since you are the expert here on multiple accounts .... do you know if I can still collect clubcard points with my existing clubcard or do I have to forfeit the points whenever I set up another account?
I've already used family email addy's and just used their clubcards for extra orders I needed to do, just running out of points collecting options now I think! lol
Thanks in advance if you can help

I couldn't use the code for the extra £10 off it said I cannot use it on this order? Does anyone know why please?

Heat added, great price for a great product, love love love my Tassimo

Have you taken the order to £50 or more by adding biros or some other product?

Have you created a new account (just use a new email) as it is for new customers only?

where do you order the pode from cheap please before i purchase tassimo

Just got one of these babies, didn't pay delivery, clicked collect, so nice little £40.00 thanks

If this T65 is actually the Tassimo TAS6515GB then the WHICH? review is far from flattering in terms of the actual quality of the coffee it produces.

The Bosch Tassimo TAS6515GB coffee machine makes one espresso or cappuccino at a time using 'T-discs' rather than pre-packaged coffee pods or ground coffee. But how tasty was the coffee from this machine when we tried the T-disc system out?

Although the Tassimo hot drinks maker is easy to use, it's slow to dispense drinks and performed poorly in our taste tests for both espresso and cappuccino.

'T'-disc system
The Tassimo makes one espresso or cappuccino at a time by using a unique system - it takes 'T-discs' rather than using pre-packaged coffee pods or ground coffee.

Simply insert a T-disc and press the big button located on the front. For more than one drink, insert another disc and press go again. An LCD display will even guide you through the process and will tell you when to fill the tank or whether it's time to descale. It's rated 'good' for build quality, too.

Although this system is simple to use, as there's no need to measure out ground coffee, it takes almost 51 seconds to produce an espresso, which is slower than most machines on test. It takes even longer for cappuccino, as you have to wait for two different discs to be dispensed.

Unimpressive results
Our expert wasn't impressed, describing the crema as a 'bit broken and holey' and the espresso taste as 'hard and dull' (rather than fresh and clean).

Cappuccinos have an 'acceptable but not too special' taste and a 'mass produced' appearance, but with good 'colour blend'.

The amount of water dispensed is automatically measured, but pressing and holding the manual button means you can add more water if you want a bigger drink.

Compact size
This smart-looking machine would fit easily on your counter-top, as the lack of steam pipe, porta filter and tamper mean that it is compact in size.

The removable water tank at the back of the machine is easy to use, and can be filled at any point during your coffee-making. Cleaning is easy as the machine has an automatic flushing cycle, while the external surfaces can be wiped with a damp cloth.

Pros: Simple and easy to use, good build quality

Cons: Scores poorly in our taste tests

Sorry, but I have to disagree with this review. I have the t40 which should give the same tasting coffee as the t65. IMO the coffee tastes great, especially the costa americano and carte noire espresso's. They actually brew quick enough for me and is very convenient. I much prefer the taste compared to my filter coffee machine and my espresso percolator machine.

I would definitely recommend this machine.

i ordered one last night delivered to store for £50, didn't realise about the code till today and it's too late to cancel the order, but as it's first time customers only it's a bit much hassle to save a tenner. I didn't realise you got a £20 voucher. do you need to spend money to be able to use it or you just order and get £20 of stuff without paying anything? also do you get any drinks included in the box, like a sample one to test it or will I need to buy some beforehand?

You register the machine on tassimo website and they send you a voucher code for £20 discount on coffee order £25 or more.

You don't get any samples in the box. Just the machine.

Have one of these at work. Drinks taste nasty overall. I know some people who like them though.

Have had a tassimo for 3 years and treated us to a new one because of this deal, while I don't disagree with which per se. 51 seconds for an espresso is still quicker than making a cup of instant.

No, your not going to become a barista overnight with one of these, but if like us you like a cup of decent coffee and dont have the time or inclination to make a pot of fresh, then these are great.

slaedkutok, there are a Huge variety of coffees, you may just need to find one you like.

We still have a pot on a Saturday and Sunday morning, and a tassimo before work.

Great deal, well spotted op. Mrs S I very excited.

Excuse me if I choke on my coffee! I just love these 'experts' who believe they know what the other 99.999999999% of the population want!

With a wide range of coffees and the ability to vary the water content, there has to be a great Tassimo coffee for everyone.........except maybe for the ONE pompous Which 'expert'. It reminds me of the Gordons ad "I'm getting aromas of pomposity and.....".

Never did think much of Which reviews anyway.

None left
I've had one of these t65 for 2 years and it's used approximately 15 times a day.
Great coffee and as I only drink espresso it takes about 20 seconds.
Also to back up earlier comments i am currently using it without the filter as can't be bothered.
