Tastecard 90/120 days for £1, or 60 days for FREE

Tastecard are doing a deal where you can get 90 days membership for just £1. They claim the RRP is £80 for a year, but admit later that the usual price they actually charge for a year is £40, but still a good deal in my opinion. If you use it once, it will have more than paid for itself.

I'm not sure when the deal expires, but if you want to play a waiting game, a lot of the restaurants will say you can't use in December, so if you hold out, you can maximise your benefit (although risk missing the deal).

If £1 is too rich for your blood then you can get 60 days for free here: tastecard.co.uk/tri…hes

Remember to cancel before the end of either deal; Tastecard say it will automatically renew 4 days prior to the end of my initial membership term for an annual fee of £39.99.

As it says below - you can get 120 days for £1 by entering that code.

Just seen that if you type in O2POUND, you get 120 days for £1!!
Yes, remember to cancel before the end of the deal as they WILL take the full membership fee and WONT back down whatsoever!
Can't believe you have to phone to cancel! Cheers OP, bought it even though it'll probably be a pain in the ar$e to cancel
They screwed me over, I thought I paid £1 on paypal, but the £1 is a re-occurung payment, a bit like a direct debit so after 90 days they can take whatever they like out your paypal without notice.
Cancel the paypal recurring payment now!
Most of the restaurants won't accept taste card during the xmas and new year period so you will be wasting almost 15 days if you take the card now
Remember to cancel this, I forgot to and got charged for this year. Haven't used it once.
Have this already and use it regularly so save loads of cash when eating out.

Yup, as I said above, I'm not sure when the codes expire, so if you want to play a waiting game, you can potentially get more benefit from it, but risk missing out completely.

I can vouch for that. Email to cancel won't be accepted, only by phone. Cost me £30 for a membership I didn't want.
To avoid nasty surprises down the road, use a prepaid debit card to register for stuff like this.
If I go through Paypal, can I not just cancel recurring payment about 10 days before expire.
No phone call needed then, am I right?

I remember ringing up to cancel my 90 day one, a week or so prior to the end, and i worked my way through an automated message, and it gave me a website to go to cancel it all online. Unfortunately I can't remember the website, but I'm sure if you ring up and listen to the automated steps it should repeat it. It literally took seconds..
this app is awful. often doesn't load deals

I doubt anyone is still reading this, but I just cancelled my tastecard subscription as the 90 days were expiring in a few days. VERY easy to do. I rang a number, expecting to be passed around and for them to try and convince me I wanted to stay, but there was an automated voice saying that if I wanted to cancel, I could just login in to my account online. I did this, clicked a few buttons and it was done, with a cancellation note sent to my email.
