Many Thanks Merry Christmas xx
Thanks Boz..
Thanks Boz another for the collection merry xmas
Thanks
Thanks for sharing... Was just in time as I was going to make Thai curry tonight. However after going through some recipes, this book is a joke. Looks like the author just copied recipes from back of the ready to cook packs as he is using curry paste in all the recipes... And there is no mention of how to make one.
Cheers Boz
Thank you for posting.

Hopefully there will be a Thai turkey curry recipe to use up the leftovers.
Not authentic at all and written and put together by someone who is not even thai. If you’ve ever been to Thailand none of the western books on thai food even come close to being authentic but if you have never been to Thailand or have no intention of going then by all means give the receipes a go. This book is about as authentic as a thai curry from Asda and I’ve yet to find a truly authentic restaurant for thai food in the uk.

If Not It's Here ... Merry Christmas

It has pictures in it, a pic per dish. The ingredients lists are entry level, the instructions assume that you buy the "right" curry paste from a supermarket or know how to make your own with the right combination of ingredients. So for example, it just says, red curry paste.

The instructions for cooking are for entry level skills too, for example, there is no instruction to seal the meat or seafood with high oil stir fry, no instruction to marinate the meat. They are suitable for basic minimum quality of flavours, don't expect advanced flavours in cooking.
Thanks Boz

Seasons greetings.
