Usual price in most shops is £279.99. Arguably the best putter out there at the moment as used by Dustin Johnson, Jason Day, Jon Rahm and Sergio Garcia. Has previously been used by Rory McIlroy.

Cold for a used putter, especially how many putts he has per hole .
I don't think your usual price is correct. It's £199 at American Golf and £179 at Onlinegolf.

I've played golf for many years and putters are putters. There's very little they can do to make you hole more putts. Johnson, Day etc. use them because they get paid a lot of money to do so.

So it's a deal compared to American Golf which I consider to be the "normal" price.

Having played golf for may years I couldn't disagree more. Putters are very much a niche thing - all about personal preference. From Acushnet blades to soft face Odyssey's, thick grips etc, different golfers can have differing tastes. Holding the right putter in your hand can seriously improve confidence.

And it's also the club that you use most during a round.

You are talking about preferences that give the user confidence. That doesn't mean that any one putter is better or the best. It's not the putter that directly helps but the confidence that the user has in it plus some basics that work with a player's style of putting. Many good golfers putted with basic putters (like Ben Crenshaw) and so it's not the actual putter itself that is important. My comment was aimed at the OP that stated that this is "arguably the best putter" which it isn't. Find one type of putter that works for you and then stick with it but you don't need to pay £179 to find a decent putter.
