Taylors of Harrogate ground coffee reduced from £3.49 to £2 at Morrisons

Morrisons are now stocking a range of Taylors of Harrogate ground coffee. These normally retail at £3.49 but are sometimes on offer for 2 for £6 (which is when we stock up!!). I've not seen them at this price for many years so it seems a really good deal.

We've tried many different coffee's in our machine and this is by far our favourite brand.

Hope it helps someone

Tbh I can't remember. There were around 6-7 varieties available. Our fav is the fair trade organic which wasn't there
Taylors coffee is perfectly decent and at £2 a pop it is worth stocking up. Taylors Columbian is my personal favourite with the Lazy Sunday being a middle of the road blend that nobody in the family seems to dislike. Incidentally, in a recent which? taste test report Aldi's own brand Ethiopian came out top and by a happy coincidence was the cheapest by a fair margin.
Cafe Italia or Lyons Gourmet superior coffee and cheaper
I'm not a huge coffee drinker however i thought the main benefit of fresh coffee was obtained from the grounding of the bean to extract the oils etc? if its already ground, then that's lost?

also, OP, these are 2 for £6 all the time in ASDA, (including the beans at the same price) so if you need to stock up, just go there
Ok but Taylor's ground only stays fresh for a few days once opened

Helpful to learn that about Aldi coffee. I'll give it a try on this recommendation. Lazy Sunday sounds like a good option as well.
Good deal
Morrison's did have this £2 deal a couple months ago, unfortunately I did not stock up enough and ran out awhile back. Great Coffee and great deal. Heat Added!
Lava Java was definitely included in the offer , I think the voltage one was too but unfortunately they had none in stock at my local store.

I've not noticed any difference in the freshness after opening between Taylors and other brands TBH. Opinions vary about the best way to keep ground coffee fresh but what works for me is to transfer the coffee to a suitably sized airtight container, e.g. a clean jam jar and store it in the fridge. Seems to stay fresh for ages that way.

Thanks camew, on my way to morrisons now!
Thanks for posting, I've just stocked up. I was running low on the Costa coffee that Morrissons had for £2 earlier this year.

All varieties were included in the offer, both ground and beans.
Beans down to 2pounds too. Online too.
