Taylor's Select Reserve Port 20cl reduced to £1.50 at Asda, in-store

Found 20th Apr 2016
Another clearance line at Asda, 20cl bottles of Taylor's Select Reserve Port reduced to £1.50.
Found again today in the Liscard store, but was also available last week in the Birkenhead store (but I forgot to post details). About 10 on the shelf earlier. Not available on-line.

And, Liscard store also had a couple of "frozen" cocktail reductions : Smirnoff Ice Pouch 250ml @ 45p and 'My Cocktail' Raspberry Trifle 250ml pouches @ just 35p. Not my thing, but if anyone local is interested they had several of each.

If you are drinkin' £1.50 bottles of port, Cemetery Road is the next stop X)
"Do you know the bishop of Norwich?" Only learnt that little piece of etiquette the other day. Don't be surprised if it turns up in an episode of Tipping Point or The Chase.
I thought retailers could not sell alcohol below cost (ie including duty)?
Excellent for making Cheeky Vimtoes

Only a 20 cl bottle so just over a quarter of normal size
Opened a full size bottle of Taylor's reserve at the weekend with friends, to go with the cheeseboard (!) Tasted bloody horrible, dows much nicer!

? Not heard of a Cheeky Vimto before. Sounds interesting !
I add it to home made gravy.
