as an existing customer, the lowest they would do is £85. And now the call centres are short staffed / closed due to CV, good lick getting hold of anyone to negotiate / complain
Not sure why this deal is being voted cold it works out £46.25 a month after TCB and they pay out in 5 weeks

Coz virgin CS is incompetent bunch of fools stick with Sky at least you can speak to a UK call centre who have been trained and disciplined adequately

Virgin csa need to be retrained, disciplined and sacked where necessary

Can someone else in the household claim the new customer deal or do they blacklist the address rather than the person so they can't get the best deals?

Not too sure, I completed the order online. Just tried to get through to Virgin CS and was waiting over an hour if you want to give them a go
Just spent an hour on hold with virgin, waiting for them to answer.
I'm an existing customer and wanted to try take up the ultimate oomph offer but not available to existing customers, even though I'm no longer in contract they wouldn't budge, even though it would have meant tieing in for another 12 months
Said I'd go to sky then
They pretty much said see ya then
CS are garbage
If your calling for this one
Prepare for a long wait for them to answer

Why are you people ringing CS ? Surely the challenging times we are facing you would gave something better to do.

I'm sure virgin staff dont want to be at work and rather be with there loved ones but they have pathetic customers threatening to leave or save money. Get a grip you pathetic bunch.

Maybe if virgin were quite they would send staff home
