Maybe a daft question, but is it just plain scones or can you choose fruit ones?
I bet you if you want another scone it will cost £12
Good deal. The tea alone probably costs around £4 for 2.
It’s a good price but unfortunately the 3 Debenhams all near me aren’t included in this
had this the other week in Manchester when we went to the Christmas market the scones were that big that I nearly couldnt finish mine, hubby had no problem, lots of fruit in them and cream really nice and a pot of tea with at least 2 decent size cups in really good value.
Great deal, thank you

20000 sold. Do you think 20000 will go to few select Debenhams for tea? More than half will just forget it or won’t bother to ask refund for £3.5 or even if they try they won’t find refund process. And if they did, wowcher will just give credit which will expire after 30 days. That’s how they make money. They get 90% money of unredeemed vouchers, 30% of redeemed and now come up with new 50p admin fees which they don’t share with merchant.

How to get refund from wowcher

secure.wowcher.co.uk/myaccount/csform

Select “I would like to request a refund”
And in comments specifically mention that I would like refund to original payment method. And do it within 14 days of purchase. Keep all email proofs. Still no guarantee.
I requested on second day and they responded on 15 days as below

Thank you for contacting Wowcher.

As it has been more than 14 days since you received your Wowcher, in line with our E-Commerce Terms we have applied a 100% Wowcher Wallet Credit to your Wowcher account and can be found here secure.wowcher.co.uk/myaccount

The Wowcher Wallet Credit is available to use now and can be put towards a future deal of your choice. For further information on how to use your Wowcher Wallet Credit, please click here: wowcher.co.uk/page/wallet-credit-more-info.html

Kind regards,

If you are savvy, then you won't forget to redeem your voucher. If you have money to burn you most probably won't be buying a voucher deal anyhow.
I redeemed mine in Meadowhalll and the assistant told me the offer has been really popular.
Thanks purchased as a pre Xmas treat for the wife
Thanks! I have recieved an email conformation, does anyone know how to redeem it as I have never used wowcher before?
I go to john Lewis for my free coffee and cake

The staff in MeadowHall scanned my QR code on the wowcher app, with their handheld device, seperate from the till.
Ordered thanks
Our manager won’t accept them unless they are printed out, it also states it in the terms and conditions to print it off to redeem, I’ll pass this on that other stores are accepting them straight from the app. Thanks

Same for me at Debenhams in The Moor.
I'm a bit annoyed with Wowcher. I bought this for me and sister to use and she had chronic pain the day we went Xmas shopping, so we went home early. Debenhams told me it can only be redeemed after 2pm, so it's not really easy for me and my brother to meet for lunch.

Turned out I couldn't use it, anyway.

Got in touch with them and they didn't even send me a word of explanation - I've got a random £1.75 Wowcher Wallet Credit today yet I paid £2.99.

T&Cs say "Between 1 and 30 days after you receive your wowcher you can exchange your unredeemed wowcher in return for 100% credit to your Wowcher Wallet. From 30 days after you receive your wowcher and before it expires you can exchange for Wowcher Wallet Credit to the value of 50% of what you paid for the voucher."

Wowcher have also given me a £3.49 credit on top of the £1.75 I got yesterday.

I rarely give up Groupons (don't really buy from Wowcher - especially after the Ralph Lauren jumper debacle) as I'm in the city centre, but this one was a bit too restrictive and bad luck also got in the way. Maybe because I complained on Twitter!

All's well that ends well. Would have been happy with the full refund, I know it's not a lot of money.

Edit: Actually it says £3.49 Wowcher credit when I log in - the email implied it was an extra amount. Happy anyway.
