Demand has dropped for DDR4, and the supply chain has increased in capacity. Less demand with abundant production = prices drop
Prices are ex vat so there's that to add on top

if you look at the bottom of the description, it says everything. So, there is no more on top of the mentioned price. It's £19.99 excluding VAT.

Had a look there, even on the manufacturers site - can't find a thing regarding what die is used. It's not samsung B-Die anyway!
