Seems a decent price for a 480GB SSD with decent read/write specs. Team group started out doing high end DDR memory IIRC, so whilst ive got no experience of their SSDs, the 3 year waranty from OCUK is good piece of mind. This is the only 480GB SSD I can find online for under £100. Free delivery for forum members!

SSD Specs:
  • T253TD480G3C101
  • 480GB TeamGroup L5 Lite
  • 2.5" SSD
  • SATA III - 6Gb/s
  • 3D NAND technology
  • Read 470MB/s
  • Write 420MB/s
  • 70K/70K IOPS
  • 3yr Warranty

Unfortunately 10 quid postage basically so more like £109

The £108.65 delivered price is a bit misleading...to get free delivery you just have to have like 200 posts in the forum. Hardly difficult to achieve

well it is, if you just join and stsrt posting crap to get to 200, you will get the posts deleted, suspened or banned. Post clocking is easy to spot.

edit: even harder.

Well it's not really difficult is it? I just joined up and tried to help people out answering computer questions. It's worth its weight in gold the free postage saved me a fortune.

assuming most people are not members, in 3 months time and have made 250 decent posts do you really think this will be the same price?

I am and qualify for the cheaper price so appreciate the post, but doubtful most visitors here are.

Same with Scan, have free postage from being an Hexus and AVF member, one of them is 20 spend limit the other think 50.
I would think the majority of members here would have to pay P+P. so that should be the headline price. If you were entitled to free P+P from Overclockers you would be well aware of it, You could mention in the description for any that forgot

Maybe HUKD should arrange free delivery for forum members like us.
£10 to post an item that insured costs £6 or there about max is a riddle take.

Yes you did BUT the RED price was minus P+P. This is the thing I look at first, anyway a MOD has changed it
Correct thing to do for posts where some people get free delivery is to put the item price and the posted cost. That way both parties know how much they'll be paying.

I signed up on the ocuk forums after I saw the free delivery, completely forgot about my account for a year and did my 100 posts in about a week. Probably saved me £50+ in delivery.
This is no different to Amazon Prime pricing, you either get the free delivery or you don't!
I’d much rather MX500 500gb one for £110.
