I'm fine thanks. Don't worry about the cold voters. For some strange reason, unless it's a mega-hot deal, they always seem to go cold before before they start to heat up.

Ugly. I do want it even though the seller pay for the emotional damages.

Ordered - thanks!

Got one off here recommended from Ebay not this brand mind BUT TOTALLY USELESS as the phones speakers were just as loud.
I am now put off these things.

Doesn't come with batteries and the mains charger is optional? Bit pointless if you have to supply the batteries and change them every day to charge them

amsi9800 - Not sure best off posting on the apple forum as they have rapid responses and offical apple represent moves answering queries so you should find your answer there!

You are supposed to listen to it, not look at it.

You still want it to look nice, though. He said it was a good deal, so I don't see what the fuss is about?

I think this model was £10 for a while on Tesco Direct a few months ago, now it must be back in stock for £2 cheaper, if that helps anyone.

picked one up for the sum of £8 there good I'm awaiting the brick speaker to come down in price again great speaker

Just picked mine up, can't recommend enough.

Well I finally got round to collecting my order from Tesco.
Overall decent value, beefy and loud but as first hearing not as refined a sound as the £8 Logik tablet stand and speakers recently posted here for the same price. I think I prefer the sound of the Logik but this will go louder if you need volume and bass. I may get used to it.
Main annoyance is that the USB socket on this speaker is not a standard shaped one so you have to use the cable that comes with it to charge. Other standard phone/tablet micro USB chargers won't fit.

It is, it's a mini USB socket, not a micro USB one.

All gone now.

Ah right, I'm not sure if I have one of those somewhere , so used these days swapping the phone and tablet chargers around.
