The cheapest this has been on Amazon and the cheapest HDMI RF modulator out there! Just bought a couple to upgrade my Sky RF to HD. The IR model is also on offer

Would this be good for distributing CCTV to all TV's in the house from a NVR with HDMI out
You can use any HDMI into it. Just be sure that your tvs are all 1080p or 4k as it says in their specs
Any guides anywhere as to how to set this up with Sky Q please?
Try calling Technomate. As far as I know it is the same as my Sky HD but just set Sky Q to output in 1080p
What music are you in to?

Heat added, I can highly recommend one of these devices for anyone looking to distribute a hdmi source around your house.

You have just reminded me, I have a dual channel vecoax one of these in my cupboard I need to move on.

I had 2 hdmi inputs going in to the modulator, the modulator converts the signal and sends it out via the rf output.

I sent the RF out to a rf signal booster located in my loft which had my digital aerial running into it.

Ran a scan for channels on all of the tvs in the house that where connected to an aerial socket and they all picked up full freeview and 2 extra channels which was whatever I had connected to the 2 hdmi inputs on the modulator.
Would this degrade the signal by much, assuming that everything else in the chain is decent quality?
So, with this connected, does the remote TV at the other end of the coax the detect the signal as simply another 'FreeView' Channel (like superted2008 is describing with his vecoax system)?

Thanks

If only I had seen this earlier I could laid down the punchline for you. It feels so lonely when you have to add it yourself. 😋

My mate has one and the picture is identical to using 1080p HDMI cable.

Yes that's what it will do. If you want to use your remote control to control it from your other TV then the TM-RFHD IR will be better. I didn't need IR so went for the normal one
