I think we can safely assume no to those questions...it is bottom of the price range
Woosh...
A common complaint in online reviews is around the sound output. Can any owner or someone in the know confirm if it really bad and that would a soundbar be essential as I don't intend to get one?

Maybe, but so many people DO genuinely ask if those features are on something so cheap unless you insert some smiley face to give us morons a clue you're joking we don't stand a chance!

Reviews aside, this is an awful company to deal with.... they cold call you to flog insurance, and please read their 18th century returns policy before buying anything...
There are deals and there is cheap, cheap is not a deal, cheap is when you get what you pay for then realise you should have spent the extra in the 1st place to get one that wasn't cheap.
I'm not saying go spend £2,000, I'm saying £450 is where the lower middle range of 4k starts, anything less and you really are just buying cheap and nasty. want upper middle range? that's more like £750
I have a techwood and the ‘smart’ is about as good as a 1998 Nokia, false advertising unless you want all the apps in Turkish.

I keep seeing this for AO and really don't understand the issue.

If it's faulty you can return it no problems, and I have no sympathy for someone who would order an enormous boxed, big TV just to have a nosey at it and decide whether or not to keep...

If you want to peruse it first, get off your ar5e and go and look in a shop!

Can I also add, that the type of people who would moan about this, are no doubt the same who would go bananas if they ordered one and received a repackaged returned unit! Do you think AO should give you a 100% refund, and then send the TVs to be crushed??
"if it's faulty..." have you ever tried ?
